The staff here are extremely patient and kind. I have been getting cleanings here and it's always a pleasant experience. Recently had a root canal done by Dr. Shamblott and his great assistant (sorry I don't remember your name!!). Besides my own nerves, which they also helped me with, it went smoothly and I recovered fast. I highly recommend this dentist.

So impressed with Dr. Shamblott, Dr. Hanson and their employees! It’s no joke… they are professional, kind and reassuring, and operate with a great attention to detail including explaining all sorts of facets to care! The focus on physical and emotional comfort is so helpful. I can’t say enough about the quality of care at this clinic!! They also offer a reasonably priced dental coverage plan and lots of financing options if you need help.

The front desk staff are excellent. I like their clear and upfront billing. Everyone is kind. My hygienist, Cathy, is the best. She’s both technically capable and tells great stories. A true gem. I have little interaction with the dentist, but he’s always friendly when he comes in to do his part of the exam.

See Bridget Koehler review from 3 years ago. I have the same complaint. My daughter went in for a cleaning. She was told she needed to get a filling on a tooth, which the doctor performed the service. Then she started to experience pain with the same tooth. When she went back, she was told she now had a cracked tooth and needed a crown.
Upon getting a second review, the dentist said the filling was done incorrectly. The new dentist corrected Dr. Sham's work, and her pain went away.

The people (everyone) there is competent, professional and friendly. The space is clean and welcoming. Parking is convenient. They are on time. The chairs are comfortable. Background music is relaxing. An overall good experience - helped me overcome years of "dental phobia."
