I am a full time mother of two small children and a nurse full-time. I have neglected my health for some years now including my teeth. This is something I'm ashamed of and embarrassed by. Dr Henson and his assistant Carrie were kind, caring, patient and understanding and made an uncomfortable experience actually pleasant. As pleasant as getting several root canals and several crowns can be. I will be a lifelong patient. I would recommend them to any family member or friend.

6mo cleaning; new hygineist did a very thorough job and gave good advice moving forward. Dr. came in and removed a stain from tooth and noted things for future check-up. My appointment was quick but complete and I even got a discount for paying by cash/check.

I had a friend recommend this place after experiencing dental pain. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Henson really helped ease my anxiety. I had a much easier time getting a root canal than I had hoped. Definitely coming here again for regular checkups!

In this past month I have gotten my teeth deep cleaned and 4 wisdom teeth taken out. With more yet to do! The staff at the Saint Paul location are the best! I was scared and had very bad dental anxiety since my first solo appointment as a new adult, years ago. Causing me to neglect my teeth over the years. I'm very happy with my experience here.
I have pretty severe anxiety in general so going to the dentist is very hard on me. I had a dental emergency this week and couldn't find an emergency dental clinic that took my insurance. I decided on this place because of the transparency on out of pocket costs to get my tooth pulled. They were able to get me in same day (within an hour in fact). When time came to pay, the price they quoted me at was exactly what they had told me before I came in.
From the moment I walked in the office and was offered ice by one of the receptionists to the time I walked out of here I felt as comfortable as I possibly could. The treatment I received here was the best that one could have in a situation like mine. I found the dentist here (Dr. Henson) and the dental assistant (I believe) who I never caught her name to be great. They were very understanding and actually went above and beyond in terms of care and treatment. I'm pretty sure they must have some sort of training for dealing with people like me. It was great. The let me take a couple of breather breaks during the process and even offered me some juice to help me relax. They talked to each other to distract me while the procedure was on going. It was still a hard time for me but it was made as comfortable as it could be by all the staff here.
I know that my teeth aren't very good but wasn't given a hard time for anything like I have at other dentists. I really appreciated this. I'm going elsewhere to get follow up treatment for my teeth but I really wish my insurance was accepted here because of how good the experience was here. If you are anxious about dentist THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
