I was given a fluoride treatment without being told that it was an OPTION not a REQUIREMENT, then was charged over $30 for it. Also, I was told that I needed to have sealants put on my teeth (which I did). The sealants popped off not long thereafter, and I was told on second and third opinions that this was a completely unnecessary procedure that's not usually performed on adults. Things like this led me to not want to receive service here anymore, and transfer to a different place, where I have been much more satisfied with my level of care, service, and honesty provided to me. I was very displeased with this company's practices.
