Personal Care Dentistry

My husband and I have been going to this dental practice since we moved here 8 years ago. Everyone is always friendly and kind. They don't try to get you to have work done that's not necessary. They do an excellent job. The name "Personal Care Dentistry" is totally the right name for this practice.

I couldn't have chosen a better dental clinic. From the front desk person to the dentist, the staff are absolutely amazing and very patient oriented. Dr. Walter and Dr. Kyle are 2 wonderful providers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You wouldn't be sorry if you move your care to this office. I'm one satisfied patient.

The staff is excellent, proficient and friendly. Shout-out to Emily who took care of my teeth in a short time with full attention to details.

I actually have been going to Personal Care Dentistry for almost 20 years, and I have always been satisfied with the service that I receive there.

Your taking a risk going to this place, that could potentially be nothing but a complete waste of your time! I would give it no stars, simple because that’s what they did for me! Nothing! They didn’t either try or care about my teeth! I came here to see the dentist for a full exam to see if I have cavities or anything else. I got X-rays done and the dentist looked over each and EVERY tooth. I haven’t been to the dentist in a significant amount of time so I know I need a cleaning and have cavities, etc. Dentist finishes and says everything is fine. Only thing he suggests is getting a crown on a tooth that previously had a root canal. That’s it! I physically turned to him and asked ‘how is that possible that there are no cavities or anything when I haven’t been to the dentist in probably 5 years’??!! He just shrugged and said I’m good. I then asked him about the crown on another tooth that had been worked on if I should get a crown for that as well and he said there never was one. That’s when I new something wasn’t right. We all know our teeth and what has been done to them. They gave me an estimate of how much it would cost, which they increased later on, and that was that. I had to wait for the approval by my insurance, which too awhile. Before I got it, I notice one day that the back top left molar had a crack in it. I scheduled with a different dental office (Park Dental) to get it check out. Before the appointment arrived that piece chipped off and fell out. Got to the new dental office and they told me immediately that it was a DEEP cavity and that I also had other ones. I knew it! Also, they were able to identify numerous other issues the previous dentist had dismissed. I told them about my experience with personal care dentistry, in which they immediately asked me to sign off on getting records!! How could they possibly have missed that deep cavity, among other things, shocked and bothered them. Smh! So clearly the dentist at personal care either didn’t try to do the work or didn’t care to! Why, I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♀️…but I have a few suspicions!! 🤔 I personally say don’t go here because they clearly just choose who they will invest their work in and who they won’t. This is the worst experience I have ever had, that has cost me more in the end! Absolutely shocking, disappointing, and terrible work!

Look, nobody likes going to the dentist. I don't like going to the dentist. But I went to PCD and saw Emily for my cleaning and Dr. Kyle for my exam - and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Emily was very gentle with the cleaning. I wasn't upsold things I didn't need. I didn't wait. I'm actually not dreading my next 6 month checkup. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough - our entire family has changed to PCD and we're thrilled!

Dr. Walter Hunt has been our dentists for years ! He is the best dentist in the world. He is model of perfection. We both love photography and have fun sharing stories.

I’ve been going to Personal Care Dentistry for a few years now and they’ve never done me wrong. Brianne is a great hygienist and I always love our chats. She’s gentle but gets the job done. I’ve never felt pushed to do anything unnecessary and prices seem fair.

Always professional, courteous, and friendly! They are sincerely concerned about comfort and well being during procedures. Can’t say anything negative, in fact for the first time in my life I don’t mind going to the dentist

I have used personal care dentistry ever since I moved to Minnesota. Dr Kyle is always kind and very competent. In addition… I enjoy his dad’s gorgeous wildlife photos which are everywhere.
Thankful for personal care dentistry.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had a crown put on a tooth and it fell off in around 2 years. Not a huge deal because they pro rated the replacement. Until the replacement fell off around 2 years later and they insisted that because I already got a pro rated replacement once they could not do anything about the cost of replacing the second failed one. YOU PUT IN 2 crowns that lasted 1/10 of the time they should and you just double down and say “sorry we did a bad job but all we can do is charge you another $3k for a replacement that will probably also fall out within 2 years. You’re welcome”

On top of that, despite my insistence to pay upfront for all the work I had done at this dentist every time I went there, they “found” a “missed” charge for $600 and couldn’t produce any reason it wasn’t included in the charges I got while at the office. Then sent the debt to a lawyer to threaten me with a lawsuit to force payment.

If you have money to burn try it out but just make sure you realize they don’t care in the slightest about conducting business in an ethical manner.

I warn everyone I know about them when asked about dental work.
