From Dr. Holtz, Dr. Unger to the entire staff including the front desk staff, THE best! I have had bad experiences with dentists most of my life. I recommend them to a friend who had the same experiences that I had. He also loved them. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. My 8 year old daughter loves going there. I would recommend them to everyone! They never make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth, only how they can help you.

Amazing experience! My dentist told me I needed a crown, but couldn't get me in for three weeks and I would need to go twice for a temp and permanent crown. White bear dentists got me in two days later and did a same day crown in two hours! The staff was amazing and the dentist did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. My husband and I will now be switching to this dentist full time even though it's a further drive.

After reading the many positive Google reviews, I booked an appointment online for a dental emergency. They got me right in and took great care of me, Doctor Holtz is hands down the BEST dentist I have ever seen! She took the time to put my fear and anxiety at ease and explained everything to me, very personable and down to earth her assistant Mandy was just as great!! From start to finish this is by far the best experience I have had at the dentist, from the front desk to the hygienist everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you to the entire staff for making this scaredy cat a little less afraid to go to the dentist!

I selected White Bear Dentists based on all the positive google reviews, and I'm sure glad I did.

I needed a root canal and a crown. Trust me, if you need a root canal, come to this place and see Dr. Hamedy. He's like, a tooth wizard. The root canal was easily the best dental experience I've ever had, and I went into it absolutely terrified, expecting the worst.

And the front-of-house staff are all really warm, welcoming friendly people. I'm a fan of the whole place!

Was looking for a new Dental office for 7 year old daughter who had a dental emergency. Called around 6 or 7 places that were listed with our provider. They either no longer accepted that insurance, didn't have any appointments, or was wrong office and the office I was looking for was across the metro. Called White Bear Dentists and spoke to Becky. Much nicer than any of the receptionists I had talked to that day. Understood my issue and was willing to work to fit me in as soon as possible. She said give her time to work it out and she would call me back. Within 15 minutes we had an appointment the next day. My wife and daughter then went to the appointment and said everyone there was super friendly and they explained my daughters treatment plan and cost. GREAT PLACE!

My 6 year old had not been to the dentist in more than an appropriate amount of time and was having some tooth pain. We visited another office and were told they weren’t able to help him and he’d have to go to a pediatric dentist. However, with time constraints for school and work that just wasn’t possible.

White Bear Dentists’ team and Dr. Crane were willing to see him on short notice and did an amazing job of not only providing a second opinion (which coincided with the first) but also performing services on my son the same day.

We have already scheduled future services for him because of the positive impression, bedside manner, and overall care we received from this office.

I know some may shy away from large chains (such as Pacific) but I couldn’t be happier with what they have provided for us so far.

I needed my wisdom teeth out asap since I wasn't able to eat. I did a quick search and found this location. Robert, the receptionist was so friendly, knowledgeable, and he helped me get in for surgery in less than 2 hours!! I'm pain free and I have Robert and the amazing surgeon, Dr. Stiharu to thank!

I was forced to change dentists when we went to different insurance and I was apprehensive about it. I never guessed it would turn into such a positive change! The staff is amazing at White Bear Dentists. Everyone was so friendly, both to me and to each other. They were also efficient and so accommodating. I had two cracked teeth from grinding. Dr Holtz and her staff were able to complete a crown and do impressions for a night guard at that same appointment. I was also surprised how affordable my work was. The questions I had were answered and I left there feeling like I had just had the best dental experience ever. I really can't recommend Dr. Holtz and her terrific staff enough.

It was my first experience there today. The doctor herself took me around and showed me the layout of the office. Everything was state-of-the-art and very clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and introduced themselves. Their attention and focus on me gave me a sense of being in good hands. Overall I felt that they did an excellent job with me. I could say many more good things but I think you get the point. I am referring my wife there and I highly recommend for all to try them out.

Follow up:
They told me they took my insurance and had me come up for a cleaning and x-rays etc... Then they tell me they don't take my insurance and to look elsewhere for a dentist. Ended up being a hassle in the end.
