I went in as I had a filling that fell out after about 10 years. The doctor recommended a crown, as she said it was big enough that fillings don't work and she was surprised the previous one had lasted that long. I went with the crown at their advisement. The doctor said I could expect some soreness and discomfort for a day or 2, but it was still causing a lot of pain. I went in as they said it's normal and they need to do an adjustment, and that did not help. It's still very painful. I asked for a full or partial refund so that I could use that to go to another dentist to get this fixed, but they were unwilling to do that. They insisted that my only option is to go see them for a third time for the same issue to give them another chance, because according to their x-rays they see no issue. I don't really care what is shown in the x-ray, I just want the pain to stop. I am in much worse shape now than I was when I went to see them. It's disappointing that they care more about the money I paid them than me getting this error corrected with another dentist. They may be fine for basic cleanings, but anything more complicated I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Karri was so great, she was very aware of my needs and made me feel very comfortable during my first ever root canal!
Erazi also shared the same aspect of care when assisting as well.
As always Dr. Crane was amazing and I always love see her!

I first visited Dr. Holtz for an emergency visit, and came back because of the care an empathy she express towards her patients. She explains the why behind everything she does and takes some of the anxiety out of going to the dentist!

Every time I go to White Bear Dentist, I feel I'm well taken care of. Amy the hygienist is thorough and efficient. Dr. Holtz is also thorough and informative with practical plans for good mouth and tooth care. The staff has smiles all around. I highly recommend this office.

Great staff that are very inviting and make you feel well taken care of and relaxed throughout the whole exam process! I went in for a cleaning, got talked into getting 2 fillings and a partial fitting, flouride
It was my Birthday, I had plan to eat a nice steak dinner, after the numbness went down I couldn't chew because my teeth were sensitive from all the work on it! I think someone messed up one of my tooth because it is sooo sensitive I cant chew on my left side. Left a message , nobody contacted me!! You got me locked into 12 Month payment plan and what I paid at my appointment but you couldn't respond back with a call about the sensitive of my teeth! I should of just got my teeth clean as I had planned. I expect someone to contact me from whoever cause this pain on my tooth!!!
