Had a couple cleanings done there, 100% covered by my insurance. Randomly got sent a bill for $100 not even sure what its for, no phone call, no email to try and communicate with me. I go in, in person, to try and resolve the issue, seems like it may be because my employer switched insurance but they dont give me a definitive answer. They say they are going to resolve it, a week later, get another piece of mail, they sent my $100 bill to a collections agency like what the hell! Staff seem nice on the surface level but dont give someone common courtesy of basic communication.

Hands down the best dentist out there, staff and the dentist (Tom ) are very personable, they got me right in for a dental emergency. I have anxiety from going to the dentist they helped me through it all made me feel comfortable!!

I was long overdue for a dental appointment, and because of that, was afraid to go in. But Dr. Utech was so sweet and reassuring. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. I came back again a couple of days later for the second part of my procedure and Dr. Waite was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Carey, my hygienist, was friendly, fun to talk to, and efficient. Best dental visit(s) I’ve ever had. I will never go anywhere else.
The girls at the front desk were awesome. I had no problem with payments and they helped get me the best prices possible.

Excellent in every aspect. Recently moved and had to pick a new dental clinic. I was thrilled with the compassion, care, follow through, and great personalities of Dr Waite and Carey. They made recommendations and developed a care plan for me when no dentist prior had. They included me as a part of the care team! Reception staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful during the initial phone scheduling, visit, and follow up calls. The space is clean and new feeling, not cramped like some clinics.

Just had multiple root canals and crowns. My anxieyt was through the roof. The staff was exceptional! Dr. Hamedy is truly the root canal expert as the pain was almost zero. Dr Waite was truly amaizing! As busy as they are which is a good thing, they still took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. The front desk staff is also great!

I don’t like going to the dentist and had to quickly find one when a tooth started hurting. I’m so glad to find this one - Dr Waite puts you at ease with his pleasant easygoing manner. Everyone in the office was nice! I needed a crown for a cracked old filling and I’m thrilled it was a one visit procedure. I’ll keep coming back regularly now.

When I arrived for my appt. I was in a lot of pain and very nervous. my visit with Dr. Ellis was great, she is absolutely amazing. She fist helped me to relax and feel comfortable after diagnoses and treatment I left feeling so much better & pain free !!! A BIG THANKS to everyone there !!
