If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I had the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life here. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable, they were very thorough in capturing my Xrays and pictures of my teeth; where they failed was what happened after the dentist took a look at my teeth. I literally went in to the office for a cleaning and a checkup since I haven't been to the dentist since Covid started and I was long overdue. I did have to get some work done and they came in with their suggestions and to take a look at pricing through insurance and what the options would be (okay great).

The dentist recommended a cleaning with laser treatment for my gums to help prevent gingivitis - after doing some research, this isn't an approved method of cleaning by the ADA. I've asked other dentists about this and they've never heard of it. I paid over $250 for this "additional service" that they provided that I didn't NEED and could be easily reversed after a good cleaning and continuing my dental hygiene.

For the crown replacement that I need to get done, the dentist recommended the "strongest" material for my teeth, which of course costs more.

Not only that, they went over pricing and then IMMEDIATELY afterward sent someone in to start working on the crown and this laser cleaning. I assumed (like most dental offices) that I would be coming back another day for these treatments and procedures but wasn't made aware of what was happening until I overheard one of the dental hygienists saying that they need to numb my tooth. I stopped and asked them if they were doing it today and they replied yes. At this point, I was already at the dentist for two hours. I told them I needed to get back to work and can't proceed with doing the crown today. They also started this laser cleaning without my full acknowledgement that I wanted this service (I was on the fence about it). They started the laser cleaning after I had asked if they provide a regular dental cleaning, like most dental offices do.

This office recommended services that weren't necessary, they failed at communication and I will 100% never come back to this office and will be getting a second opinion on the work that needs to be completed. I will also make sure I tell everyone I know to NEVER come to this office again.

PLUS - they never even gave a free toothbrush and toothpaste at the end of the visit!

I have a terrible dental phobia and the staff could not have been nicer! My dentist Tom was so reassuring and I have never had a root canal done so fast!

First time patient. Everyone was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. Very clean office and the cleaning was thorough! 10/10

Woodbury office has late hours so I can come in after work. I highly recommend DDS Waite. Like that check in paper work can be done online ahead of time.

Treated me like garbage today. Had me wait 20 minutes to talk to the doctor who told me one treatment plan then had me wait for another half an hour to be told a different plan by the hygienist. They brought back the insurance person to talk to me about benefits before being clear about my treatment plan. I wasn't going to write a review but I see that someone else had an eerily similar experience so its obviously a pattern.

Well went there got my xray got told I need my wisdom teeth pulled and a root canal cool no problem made an appointment for Friday for noon to be knocked out applied for the credit card they told me I would need then got a phone call that dude couldn't see me until 1 pm cool no worries and now today got told they can't put me to sleep for a bs reason they can only numb well now that appointment is canceled but they charge 100 dollars when we cancel an appointment so I need my money or my tooth pulled with me knocked out. Don't go here Woodbury Smiles is soo much better!

I am disappointed. Constantly waiting for the next person. Did not discuss treatment options with me and then brought in the insurance specialist to talk about what my insurance would cover for the treatment I was never discussed by the dentist. Staff was pleasant just very disconnected. Over charges for non necessary treatments.

Doctor Waite is incredible. Just a fantastic guy. The entire staff is here is terrific. I called for an emergency ROOT CANAL at 12:45pm, they took me in at 1pm, and the procedure took maybe 20 minutes. I went from such an intense pain to relief in no time, and on such short notice. I honestly can’t say enough about them, such a great practice and everyone there is really fantastic.

Very Unprofessional. I noticed them mocking another patient dehind her back. Not to mention the two more red flags with my appointment.
The only thing this place got right was. notifying my pharmacy for a prescription for penacilin, for my infected tooth.
I will NEVER use this company. or recommend it to anyone else.

Best dentist appointment I’ve had in years. They took the time to get to know me and my kids, then were kind and accommodating throughout the whole visit. They were gentle with the kids and knew how to make it less scary for them. A great appointment overall and kind staff throughout.
