I can’t begin to say enough good things about the women in this office! I walked in a complete bundle of nerves, so much so in fact, it was written all over my mask covered face. From check-in to check-out, with each staff member I met, I was their only focus. Honestly, their top priority was ensuring that I was as relaxed, comfortable and aware of each step of the process. They are all so incredibly kind and caring and it’s utterly genuine. I walked out so happy and a little shocked at what an amazing experience I had at a DENTIST’S office. Truly I have found my dentist; the staff and Dr. Jill were amazing! Years of having dental anxiety made going to a dentist frightening so it was easier to avoid than go through that feeling. A cracked tooth forced me to locate a new dentist even after considering maybe I can live with this tooth. Valley Creek dentistry is a warm and welcoming place. The front staff is polite, responsive, and caring. When I went in for a cleaning, the staff identified a small filling that needed to be done. When an opening suddenly appeared, I was called and seen that day. What great customer service. How nice it is to be appreciated and thanked for your business. My wife loves their dental chairs that massage your back while you get your teeth cleaned!

The Best Gentle Dentist!!! They always take Good Care of an Emergency situation. Beautiful New modern equipment! They even have back massaging dental chairs to relax you during your visit!! Probably the best dental experience I've had ever!! Starting from the initial phone call seeing if they were taking new patients, them getting me in same day due to significant pain. The gals at the front desk were wonderful and welcoming. Ellie the hygienist took amazing care of me and managed my discomfort, all while working with Dr. Ashe to figure out the most cost effective way to address my issues!!! I will recommend them to everyone!!
