I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and Dr. Jones is beyond amazing! She tells you everything that's going on and she always takes her time and makes sure she is not hurting you! And her staff is pretty awesome too!! I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental!!

I have been with this dentist for more than 8 years. I do not live in Mississippi I travel from another state. The staff is always kind and professional and I feel that I am not being scammed. And of course, my teeth are taken care of.

Fred (Fredricka) was excellent! And Dr. Jones was thorough and detailed in providing guidance for good dental health.

This dentist has provided consistent and outstanding service. All preventive care has been conveniently scheduled and always consistent. All restoration work has been very easy to endure. I wont say pain free as my experience may be different than others with different physiologies. The new building looks amazing. The waiting area is very comfortable. There is always relaxing music playing. I do miss the citrus water and coffee/tea area. Blame COVID. Even during COVID this dentist has taken precautionary measures. These include a short questionnaire, checking temperature, minute rinse with hydrogen peroxide solution, and signing forms at the entrance. This dentist will help keep you in teeth for a lifetime.

You will not find a more caring, compassionate, or patient dentist like Dr. Jones. Over the years, she has managed to deescalate my anxiety of having to go to the dentist. She and her entire staff care about their patients. I will not go to another dentist as long as she is within my home area. She has been my doctor for 15+ years.

Hillcrest dental has the abosulte worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. They lack customer service skills, they are always rude, and short and come across as having an attitude ALWAYS. I have been going there for over a year now for myself and my children and dread having to interact with the front desk. The dental staff is amazing though and they are the only reason we continue to go back.

Even though going to the dentist makes me super nervous, the associates here are very friendly and make me feel at ease! They shaved a bit on the under part of my partial to make it more comfortable to wear as well as took out a very painful tooth!

Always awesome. Called with a cracked tooth and got in the next day. They took a conservative approach and had the dentist look at the issue before taking expensive xrays since I was paying out of pocket and had had xrays less than a year ago. Ended up it was not serious and Dr. Jones ground down the rough edge and evened up surrounding teeth for no charge. Staff is always rockstar quality in service and all interactions. Beautiful facility is just the icing on the cake!!! Please try them!
