Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff are above exceptional! I'm afraid of getting dental work done, and Dr. Nguyen and his nurse made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and thoroughly explained what options I had. I will ALWAYS come back to this practice, I've had such a great experience here. Thank y'all again!!!! :)

I love Hillcrest Dental in Gulfport MS. The building is so beautiful, well maintained and clean. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming. X-rays were very detailed, appointments are easy to schedule, they have evening appointments which was convenient for my family/work schedule. The dentists and their assistants were very knowledgeable and professional. They payed attention to every detail and always made sure I was comfortable, they truly care for their patients. I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental. I was very happy with Dr.Nguyen. Also, the ladies in billing (Emily and Michelle) were very helpful working through our insurance to make sure everything was covered.

I loved my experience here. After several negative encounters with previous dental groups in the past, I strayed away from my normal routine. When it was time to make an appointment for an issue, even as a new patient they got me in quickly and were very excited and helpful through the whole process. When it came to the actual appointment, they were very patient and understanding with me the entire time. They kept me informed and did their best to keep me as calm and relaxed as possible. After the appointment, they set up my treatment plan and I was good to go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dental office that is going to be a calm welcoming atmosphere.

I love Hillcrest Dental Group, Dr. Jones has been my dentist for over 20 years. I have been going to her since she had her business in Pass Christian before Katrina hit. The level of care and compassion that she and her staff have is so amazing. The entire staff is amazing they treat you so warm and friendly but also very professional. Hands down the absolute best Dental Group on the Gulf Coast, I have referred several family members and friends and they have been disappointed. Thanks Hillcrest Dental Group for all you do!!!!

Dr. Jones and her crew are welcoming, efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and overall just a great group of professionals! I've been through several dental groups and Hillcrest Dental Group is the best! You don't get lectured on flossing, they don't dental shame or make you feel uncomfortable about your hygiene habits. And they don't hurt you when they clean your teeth. I just love it there!

They were very helpful, professional and accommodating. Dr. Nguyen and his staff helped make our Christmas holiday great by treating my son with a dental treatment to relieve the pain he was in. I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental Group, especially if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while or do not like going because of past experiences where you felt judged or a sense of condescension from staff. The staff at Hillcrest was so helpful and friendly, and the building itself is absolutely beautiful and feels like a spa. I have never felt so cared for and relaxed at a dentist’s office.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jones for awhile. She by far is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to on every level. I already loved this dental office for so many reasons, even after Coronavirus had taken away the hand massage/paraffin wax treatment I received every dental cleaning, they still have the best office experience & they do great on my teeth.
Today though they took their game up to an entirely new level!!!! I had limited time for my appointment today due to scheduling. I’m normally in very quickly even under the current safety precautions, which are also on an outstanding level. I had a longer than normal wait time & wasn’t upset, just asked if they had an eta to be seen. I was in next & taken care of like normal & legitimately hadn’t given the delay a second thought. After check out they gave me an entirely unexpected surprise!! All for a few minutes of wait....utterly amazing & made my day!

Office is always clean, front desk girls are always so sweet! I’m a little scared and nervous when I go to the dentist, and Jaryn really helped put me at ease.

I recently moved back to the Coast & my husband set me up with Hillcrest Dental. The facility is very nice & very clean. The dental assistant, hygienist & Dr. Nguyen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly & helpful. This is probably the best dental visit I've ever had in my life. My cleaning & polishing were very sanitary. And during this Covid 19 time, that was reassuring. I'm really happy that I found a great dental office. Thank you, Hillcrest!
