Dr. Jones is the most personable dentist I have ever encountered. Soft spoken and knowledgeable are two of my favorite things about her. The paraffin wax treatment with the hand / forearm massage you get makes her must when getting your teeth cleaned. ❤️

Needed a Dentist appointment on Saturday do to problem with tooth pain. I was given an appointment with in 2 hours .
Upon arrival I felt weak and they provided a wheelchair for my use.
Dr. Miner treated me, diagnosed my problem and provided a treatment plan.
Since I needed antibiotics prior to additional treatment I was provided with a prescription.
Dr Miner and staff were very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
I totally recommend Hillcrest Dental Group.

Dr. Jones did a crown and root canal and for two years I had pain off and on, she failed to listen to me and my complaints of pain, I had a huge abscess! I needed to have the tooth she work on retreated plus the tooth next to it that she failed to id the infection in it! The additional work was over $1,800, please the office is beautiful but all the beauty can not make up for the lack of knowledge! For your safe and health do not let her treat you or your loved ones!

Their new building is very nice and spacious. Same high-quality care and treatment just like at the old Courthouse Rd office. It's a good atmosphere that helps you relax (as much as possible) amid all the work being done on your teeth.

I bring my mother here and she is pleased each visit. Not pleased with what has to be done, but pleased with the friendly staff, and pleased with the niceness of Theresa Jones. I, personally, appreciated how patient everyone (staff) was with my mom asking the same questions (dementia) Lol. What a beautiful office!!! inside and outside - the people and the place.
