Everyone from the time you walk in is courteous and respectful. The hygienist and dentist were very nice and went out of their way to explain what was happening. They also made sure I was not in pain.

Hillcrest Dental Group has been my husbands Dental Provider and he has had nothing but good things to say about them. This past week I had my first visit with Dr. Nguyen for a extraction. I was very nervous before I got to the back(due to "Dental Anxiety")and met Mr.Nyguen and his assistants. His assistants were very very nice and comforted me which I appreciated more than words. Only thing I can say that didn't make since is he told me that the remaining teeth were infected in my mouth .(which I knew) and was already having pain from one of them. Don't get why I wasn't sent home with antibiotics to clear it up and keep from being in so much pain still. Woke up this morning to my face swollen 3xits normal size. In pain also! 💔

First time customer here and was extremely pleased. On a Saturday I called (8:00 am) for emergency nerve pain due for a tooth extraction. I was in and out of chair 45 minutes later. Dr. Johnson and her assistant Christine were very professional and caring . I will be a returning customer for sure.

This is the nicest dental office you have seen. And, they get you into a chair to start your appointment, seconds after you walk in the door. And, everyone who works there is so nice and so professional. We'll never go anywhere else as long as we live here.

I called last minute on a Friday afternoon after a tooth cracked. I was a new patient and was in desperate need of help and a new dentist. From the new patient appointment phone call to the actual office appointment, the staff and providers here were absolutely phenomenal! They were patient, informative, and very kind. The dental assistant and Dr. Nguyen kept me informed the whole way and made me feel at ease. This was already a nerve wracking experience, but they made it all the better just by the way they treated me! They definitely put patient care a TOP priority! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to ANYONE needing dental care, you will NOT be disappointed! I am so glad I have found them and will continue to use them for all of my and my families dental needs. Thank y’all so much!
