This was the best experience I had at Kool Smiles. I was in and out in under an hour. My appointment was at noon and I got there at 11:45 and filled out my paperwork. Shortly after noon, the nurse called me in and they sat down and talked to me about what was going down (although I already knew because this was my third time going for the same infected tooth). It only took 5 minutes to completely extract my molar and wisdom tooth. The bad part is that my molar was so infected (it's been infected for 3 months) that I felt the molar extraction. I just bared through the pain. I didn't even feel when they took my wisdom tooth out. They were through at around 12:45 and they let me sit there and they monitored me. The pain that I felt during the extraction was the most excruciating. That was yesterday but now I feel wonderful. I finally got my appetite back. I don't have a constant toothache. My gums don't even hurt anymore. The painful 5 minutes is definitely worth this. They helped me out of so much pain!!

At first I was terrified about getting my wisdom teeth removed but it was actually a great experience. Maharrey and Shenna made getting my teeth removed a fun experience and it was all laughs. They kept me entertained and calm with their friendly vibes. Thanks Maharrey and Shenna!!! I especially recommend them to get my others removed.

Visit Kool Smile today and it was awesome. Shenine, Chadia, and Grady was great. By the way Dr.Hollway was very kind and sweet. They were very friendly and we will be back soon.

My grandson was not nervous about his 1st or 2nd dentist experience because of the play equipment. I think negotiating the slide and trying to play the video games helped relaxed him immensely. The staff are professional and nice. They seem to work together to give both the patient and the parent/guardian a good experience.
If I have a negative, it would be that the children that are over 4 feet tall should not be permitted to play on the equipment with our smaller children because someone may get hurt. Their is a sign posted about height requirements in the play area but it should be one posted on the wall right outside the entrance to the play area. The facility has a no shoes or bare feet sign posted too but their are children (older/taller) who do take off their shoes. This can pose a problem if they step on the smaller children fingers or limbs.
Finally, I like how the dentist and the assistants continuously gave me friendly reminders about it being okay to call or come back if my grandchild have any problems. We did and the dentist gave his medical advice along with prescriptions when we returned.
