I visited Kool Smiles on Monday for an appointment for my two daughters ages 5 and 2. As always, it was a very pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work. We have been coming here for quite some time now. The drawback I see is the staff which seems to change with every visit. I enjoy seeing familiar faces with which one can build rapport. You can't do that if at every visit it's someone new providing dental services to your children. If you all could work on that, that would be a plus to me.

My experience with Kool Smiles was very cool. It was no stress at all. Fran was very kind and very patiently answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable. The Dr was also very reassuring. My son had a pleasant experience at Kool Smiles

Mr Grady was great with my child as he cleaned her teeth.. Our experience is always great ms. Faye and ms. Clair welcomes us and gets us to the back , giving my kids just enough time to play ... Thank you guys so much

My son has been bothered with his filling continuously falling out of one of his teeth that has a crown so after taking him to another dentist that wanted to refill the filling for the third time but my son was in pain so I made him an appointment at Kool smiles and from the beginning the visit was great...receptionist where very friendly and helpful...Dr. Collier, Jennifer and Charity where very professional and made my son as well as me very comfortable and important...I highly recommend that any one needing a dentist this is the place to be and me and my kids will be switching dentists for our next and continuous needs

Strongly suggest anyone to come to Kool Smiles on Ellis !!! Service was great ! I brought my daughter for a cleaning ! Chadia and dia were very patient getting her xrays ( normally we can only get two ! ) They were friendly and nice and understanding ! Thank you to Dr.Holloway he explained everything well ! Kool Smiles is a great dental office with some of the best dental assistants. I took my five year old son to have his teeth cleaned for the first time and he just won't stop talking about it. He's already ready to go back. Keep up the good work you guys, I will definitely be visiting Kool smiles again!

I came to the office this afternoon with my 5 year old son for a dental procedure. My son has been coming to this office for the past 4 years and I must say the dental assistant Dia did a amazing job with my son. She explained every step with him and talked to him throughout the whole procedure. Dia and Dr. Brown make a wonderful team!!! Once again thank you ladies soooo much.... Y'all rock!!!

Had a great experience here. First time in years having to have a tooth removed. Dr. Maharrey and Ms. Pam did a wonderful job. I was explained the procedure beforehand and was comforted and made aware of what was happening. After the procedure was completed, I was also given specific instructions for aftercare. No complaints here.
