I am completely satisfied with the oral work down on my toddler. .Very clean environment. .Dr.brown and Lanieshia Black did a wonderful job on my baby..She did not cry one bit..I strongly recommend them..Thry're great!! Thanks koolsmiles.

I really enjoyed the staff and my children were happy too. They explain everything to you. Pam just started she act like she had been there a long time and everyone was so nice to her when she didn't know what to do. I think the other assists name were Lashenna, Dia, Amanda, LaDonsha and Shenine. They rock

I can truly say I enjoyed my experience at Kool Smiles! Dr. Collier and Shirell August are absolutely the best! Dr. Collier explained everything in detail, and Shirell took very good care of me. Shirell is indeed the best dental assistant at Kool Smiles!

If you have an African American child on Medicaid, they will treat them as if they are nothing. Dr. Brown is the worst especially! Don't take your child there for any MAJOR work to be done. They are okay for check ups, cleanings and other small, non evasive procedures.

Laniesha was a great assistant with Dr brown today treating my son. Laniesha was like super woman from room to room with my other children. Jennifer and Dr Holloway was also great with daughter . thanks you guys

I visited Kool Smiles on 8/4/2017. I enjoyed the people there..I'm the type of person that like to feel welcome, with that being said the staff on this day made me want to bring my 3 babies back, they weren't scared to talk and always had a smile on their face no matter what the question was and what they were up against.... It's more than a job to them....I can tell that is what they were born to do because of the passion and thrive..thanks a lot guys...special thanks to Dr. Brown, P.C. Devin, last but not least D.A.
