There are know words to describe the kind and attentiveness the was shown to me and my Daughter in Law. Even though I didn't get tooth pulled because if my blood pressure. She stayed in the room with use talking and getting to know each other on a personal note. We enjoyed her company explaining things to use. I will be back Friday and hope to see her then.

Shameka was very attentive her and Dr. Holloway did a very good job with my son. I was afraid of him having to have teeth pulled but they made us both feel comfortable. Thanks you guys and thank you Kool Smiles!..

I always have a wonderful experience when I bring my child for her check ups and get her dental work done. Dr. Holloway is great and gentle with my daughter. Charisma Taylor is a wonderful dental assistant. I recommend kool smiles to anyone.

I absolutely love the way that Dr. Moore and Nurse Shameka handled my son today? I have never saw a dentist and nurse more gentle and kind. They used all sorts of soothing methods to help my 5 year old relax. My son got 2 crowns and a baby root canal. So imagine how things could have went ☺️. I came in two weeks ago for my son to get 2 crowns and he was slapped in a board, and the Dr didn't explain anything she just went to work, and my son cried the whole time (I hated it) and I was skeptical about bringing him back. Thank you Dr. Moore and Nurse Shameka! I will be requesting the two of you from now on. You guys are the best!!!!! Kool Smiles on Ellis Avenue in Jackson, Ms ROCKS!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍

I have two girls, ages 10-17, that have been going to Kool Smiles for over 5 years and I am very pleased with their service. They keep you aware of any issues and maintain my kids healthiness of their teeth. The staff worked together to make sure they were seen and taken care of in a timely manner.

Nurse Faye was so nice to me and she was considerate. Dr Holloway was the same. I recommend others to join the Kool smiles group. Service was fast and the workers were well organized

Jennifer was a great assistant. I really enjoyed her. I was in and out in no time and Dr. Holloway made us feel very comfortable. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Will be coming back .. thank you

I have children that have been going here for years and whenever there is a major procedure that must be done I request some other Dentist than Dr. Brown. I'll say this if you want your child:
1. Traumatised
2. Scared to walk in a dentist office
3. Not trusting anyone with a white jacket to go in their mouth
4. Yelled at for being a scared child for seeing a needle coming to their mouth
5. Forcefully handled and spoken too rudely
6. Yanked on and have slick absurd comments made about how they are acting and the opinion of how a year old should act
THEN..... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU & SEE DR. BROWN
*On the up side the staff there are wonderful and have pleasant attitudes. I love how they understand and interact with the atmosphere of working with children and with me as the parent. I like that they keep me in the know of things in reference to the children dental status and lay out a plan to fix the matters. When Dr. Brown is replaced, Kool Smiles on Ellis Ave will be the PERFECT setting and dentist office withing the metro area.

I enjoyed my visit to this Kool Smiles in Westland Plaza. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr made me feel comfortable. The lady that cleaned was a bit rough with cleaning and scraping but overall it was a good job.

Hey everyone. I am so in love with my child's dentist Dr. Moore and his assistant Dia. They make an excellent team. They are very patient and Dia even took time to explain different tools to my baby which helped ease her anxiety. Dr. Moore did as well and their tone was very calming. Not to mention they did it on her level. I'm a nursing student so I am paying attention to everything and I must say you cannot go wrong with a team such as Dr. Moore and Dia. Thanks Kool Smiles!!!
