Awesome. Amazing. Honest. I left Aspen dental to go here after some shady practices going on over there. This dentist is so much better! Treatment plan was like night and day! Very good service. I love this dentist!

I would NEVER recommend the Southaven location. I drove one hour and thirty minutes to my appointment and they refused to see me because I was five minutes late. One of the dental hygienist was very rude. One lady stated, “I do not have time”. ( with a nasty attitude) And, the other hygienist cut me off as soon as I tried to explain my situation. I couldn’t get two words out. I just wished them a Merry Christmas and left. I just sat in my car and cried because I have never been treated so rudely in my life .The hygienist stated that I could reschedule, but the mannerism of the hygienist is horrible. The unprofessionalism and customer service unbelievable.

I had a severe toothache I called 2x on Saturday and was told some one would call me back no one called back, I called again on Monday no one returned my call, Tuesday I received a phone call about coming in, however I politely declined and the front desk staff hung up in my face. No since of urgency, rude, and unprofessional. I was polite each and every time I called the office. A call back approximately 3 days later is unacceptable, I’m sure it does not require much skill set to call a patient back that’s in pain. The lack of professionalism, communication and over all patient experience with front desk staff was awful!
