My son had his first dentist appointment last week. The girls in the front were very nice and welcoming. However, the lady that called us back did not try to make my child feel welcome or comfortable. He was upset and scared by it being his first time. I was the one trying to explain what they were going to. After she brushed his teeth, she got the dentist. He never introduced himself, never ask what my sons name was. He did ask if I had questions which I did, but he never gave a straight answer. I would not recommend considering I had a bad experience. I will be trying a different office for the next visit.

The Best
My grands have been patients of theirs for many years. We have always had a good experience. Even when they had extractions, the staff made sure they were comfortable and at ease.
Everyone is friendly and always has a smile. They take time to explain everything they are doing.
I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new dentist, or anyone that's had a bad experience with a visit in the past.

The staff was friendly. I thought the Dr didn't spend enough time with us, (less than 2 minutes)as this was my child's first visit. He didn't even really try to talk to my son much...just said everything looked OK, and maybe he'll warm up to us when you come back in 6 months. But he did everythi.g that was asked of him, he just didn't want to talk to them. The hygienist was excellent and very patient with him.

Wednesday, January 12th was my first time ever to be at this Dentistry Office and my 4 year old little girl's first time also. It was amazing and I couldn't have been any more happier with anyone of the staff member's or the Dentist. My little girl walked in and didn't even want me to go with her. That's not like her at all lol. Of course I went and she was so comfortable and grown up acting. Had never seen or had to do some of the things that she had to that day and it was just so heart filling knowing and seeing how they treated her and watching them and how they really do care and of that she was so happy and comfortable with all these different people and things going on and never once got scared nor had to be talked to,calmed down, or told more than once what to do. I highly recommend this the #1 place all around and the place to take your kids!! This is FOR SURE, THE 1ST VISIT, THE LAST TIME LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTIST, THE ONE AND ONLY AND MOST DEFINITELY THE ONLY DENTISTRY OFFICE THAT SHE WILL EVER BE AT AS LONG AS THEY'RE IN BUSINESS!! My granddaughter loves the team and the doctors at Happy Smiles. She always looks forward to her visits. The Doctors and hygienist are always so patient and kind in their treatments. Rylee L will be a patient for a long time. Thanks for being the greatest.

If you have a child that is terrified over anything new, this is the place to go! They were able to keep my child calm enough to explain everything to him and take take things slow. He is now excited about going! His little sister was a Rockstar showing them how to brush her teeth instead of them showing her!
