Kimmye Cuts
The waiting area was clean looking but I didn't see any chairs, pens or clipboards being wiped down after a patient used them. They were allowing patients to walk through the waiting area without a mask. They did screen everyone and take Temps though. The dental staff was very nice an accommodating to my high risk child but I had to ask for a private room rather than an open room with other patients. Overall happy with our experience but I do wish they were being a bit more cautious.

They staff was super nice and professional. Still following COVID guidelines, and I love that. The doctor and assistants were friendly and informative. The place was super clean at well. The appointment was very quick in getting everything done without rushing! I’ve already recommended a friend! Can’t wait to go back, and it’s not even for me.

They are consistently wonderful! My children are excited when we have an appointment. Everyone there is so friendly. I will not go to a dentist where I am not allowed in the back with my children. Happy Smiles encourages parents to be in the room. We ❤ Happy Smiles!

First visit and everyone was very friendly and professional. I was scared about taking my preschooler to a dentist with COVID still in full swing but they have an excellent system in place to keep everyone as safe as possible. Dentist was great with my son, very thorough. My son enjoyed the visit very much.

I been here many times with my child and have always had a good experience. But this last visit left me a little irritated. The young adults that are in training that work in the back around and with our children play to much and speak of things that they shouldn't. I had to remind them to put floride on my kids teeth. The assistant didn't know how to use the x-ray machine making my child so uncomfortable that she begin to cry. Just felt rushed and out the door.

They are amazing!!! My granddaughter is a special needs child that requires a lot of patience due to her condition, and they provided her with great care!!!! That really put my mind at ease!!! Their office is clean, and welcoming with quick service. I don’t usually leave a review for surveys, but I would recommend this dentistry to you and your family.

My girls age 5 and 12 always love going to their dentist! I think mostly to play, but I think the staff is really nice. They are always quick to get us in and out. Which I still stay to let my kids play a little more. We love it!

My daughter, Cassidy visited Happy Smiles Dentistry for the first time yesterday. She was super nervous due to it being her first time going to the Dentist. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She offered Cassidy various coloring pages and crayons. The office was very clean, organized and patient friendly. The staff were welcoming, professional and competent. Any time I meet someone who is competent in their job AND kind is always a plus in my book. Dr. Knightington initiated friendly conversation to my child to make her feel comfortable in his presence. He also answered all of my questions regarding my child’s allergies and reassured me that the sedation needed to fill her cavities are safe. Upon check out, the lady ( can’t remember her title or name, sorry) was very helpful scheduling our next appointment and provided further pre-sedation instructions. This is my first time ever writing a review but the way anyone treats my child ( my top priority) is a serious matter to me. So, yes I give Happy Smiles 5 stars and highly recommend them to provide your child with safe, ethical and kid friendly dental services.
