Arnold Smiles

I was worked in for an emergency even though I had another appointment scheduled two weeks from the day I called for a cleaning. I was worked in barre emergency appointment in a timely manner. The doctor explained my options in detail and was very empathetic. The dental assistant went above and beyond and is very understanding and sweet. The lady at check-in and checkout desk or outstanding to say the least. They’re very gracious and very upbeat always smiling and making you feel welcome.
I will refer all my family and friends from now on.

Our whole family goes to Arnold Smiles and we love it there. All of the staff is very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Tata is fabulous. She is realistic and offers options without pressure. I don’t enjoy going to the dentist typically, but their office has made my anxiety about going much less.

First time client. My daughter needed an appointment and they were able to get her in so fast! They were also able to coordinate with her orthodontist for further treatment. I felt so welcome and I appreciated the effort to get her taken care of. It is so hard to find a good dental office and I think we have found a new home! We will definitely return ! Thank you again!!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting a filling replaced. Didn’t feel the numbing process at all, quick and very relaxing service. Highly recommend for any and all dental needs!

I had my teeth cleaned today, which I always dread and try to find an excuse not to go. But at Arnold smiles they make me very comfortable and after I leave I always wonder why I was so scared to go! Recommend to everyone to at least give them a try. I did and I’m glad I did! 🥰

I called for an initial visit for my kiddos since we just moved to the area. I was speaking with Candance, and she was the worst. She asked me what time would work and I polity told her around 4 pm as my kids are in school and my husband and I work. She went through different times which were 7 am, 1:30, 2 pm and I was trying to think how to make those times work and simply said kids will be in school and we will be at work. She got an attitude and said Well I just telling you what's available in a snotty tone. I told her I wasn't being rude; I was just trying to figure out something to work with their schedule. I reminded her that we work full time and have 4 kids in school, not trying to be difficult. She said Well sorry you took it that way and kept rambling without losing the snotty tone. I asked to speak to someone else as I had enough of the extremely rude customer service. I waited on hold for 10min till I was hung up on. Way to greet potential new patients Candance. Maybe consider not answering phones if u can’t be polite, it's not that hard.

This was a great place. I was very impressed with the staff, rooms, technology. I normally don't leave reviews, but I was just blown away by how modern it all was compared to my last dentist.
