Special recognition to Jessica who is very polite and very good at what she does. I was there again today for a cleaning and she is very good at keeping any pain to a minimum but still being thorough. And Dr. Battaglia is the best! Happy Holidays guys, see you next time.

My daughter has been trying to get her appointment in for the past 4 months. On her last appointment, the orthodontist told her she would get her braces off in a couple months. Since then she never got her appointment because there was no orthodontist present. Every time it’s the same excuse. Which is getting ridiculous. I wish that I didn’t take my daughter here, and went somewhere else. I’m not happy with this situation at all. Please, go somewhere else and not here. If you pay $5,000 for them to do their job you should be able to get it done properly and not wait months and months.

This is a corporate owned dental office. They have goals and ways to increase their profitabilty to meet and achive. They get you in there and tell you that you need all kinds of dental work done that you don't need. I should have read all the negative reviews before making this appointment. I went for a 2nd opinion to our former dentist and was told I didn't need any of the dental work to be done that the dentist said I needed. This place is out to make money for procedures not needed. My 2nd opinion was done the day after my visit with Water Tower and I finally had my teeth cleaned like I wanted in the first place. My previous dentist said my teeth haven't changed since 2020. Go somewhere else that is owner owned and not a corporate place that likes to empty your wallet.

Best dentist office hands down. Whole staff makes everything smooth & comfortable. Also, shout out to Alex & Miranda they are some GOATs.

My daughter is seen here for her braces. The service was great when we started in 2021. One of the main orthodontist left some months ago and the place has been in shambles since. This current appointment we were there over 3 hours for an adjustment that normally takes 30-45min. Someone else said they were waiting nearly 2 hrs. I don't understand why they are over booking patients. One mom had to leave because it took too long. They had to reschedule her child for almost 3 weeks later. Apparently this happened at my daughter's last appointment as well. The waiting room was overcrowded because it was too hot to sit in a car for 2hrs while waiting to be seen. We will be going somewhere else for my son's braces.

This was my first visit and it was excellent. Each person I interacted with was extremely kind. They were quick, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Battaglia was easy to talk to and did a great job of explaining my treatment. Marissa was cheerful and friendly and made the process of getting numerous x-rays a breeze. You can tell everyone here loves their job and genuinely cares about their patients. It was a great first impression.

Elizabeth is super helpful and Jess is an absolute gem!!! Honestly, the very best dental experience I have EVER had!!! I don’t know anyone who says they like to go to the dentist but I can certainly say that I truly do not dislike going to the dentist now. Thank you for all you guys do!!!

I would like to start off with saying that I am very bad in remembering names so please forgive me. I’ll start with the receptionist, I actually started working with her 3 days prior to my visit due to the fact that I live in southeast Missouri and she made sure that I had every detail needed for my visit. Upon arrival she was behind her desk and had me checked in rather quickly, thank you so very much ! Now to the assistant that took me back and got me settled in, took my PB which was a little high, then put in the IV, I was very nervous and we talked and had a few laughs about a gold crown ( inside joke you’d have to ask her about, lol )but by the time I was ready for the oral surgeon, my BP was back to normal and I was much more relaxed, thank you, you’re awesome ! Now comes the surgeon, he was so polite. I have a question that I always ask a surgeon upon meeting them and he was no exception. Without hesitation he gave me his answer and I’ve gotten that answer from other surgeons, which I completely understand, thanks Doc. When I woke up the assistants let me gather my senses at my pace without rushing me, got me in a wheelchair and assisted me to and inside my ride ! To every last one of you at Water Tower Dental I just want to say thank you ! I have NEVER had a better dental experience EVER !!! Such an awesome staff !

I loved Dr.Tori!! She was amazing and truly seemed to care about you and your child. I gave them 2 stars because I paid over 2000 dollars to have his teeth corrected and they told me I paid in full day of the visit. Months later I get a bill from a collection agency. I had received no bills or letters from the company or any phone calls to inform me I had a bill before sending me to collections. I feel this was handled poorly and will not go back because of this.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful every time. Courtney was awesome to work with. She was easy to talk too and helped keep me calm while I was getting my crown. I will continue to use Water Tower Dental for my dentist and my families dentist too!
