Arnold smiles is a great place. I had a cavity filled today and it was the most relaxing and easy process. Dr. Fasanella was AWESOME! I felt no pain when she gave me my shot to numb me. It was truly a great experience and I will always ask for her when I go back.

I started going to Arnold Smiles a few years ago and have continued to do so even after moving out of Arnold. Everyone I've seen (reception, hygienists, and dentists) has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I can honestly say that I enjoy seeing them at my checkups. The facility is top of the line in comfort and care with massage chairs in the exam rooms, TVs on the wall and ceiling (!), and what I am assuming is top of the line dental equipment. They have made updates to procedures and equipment due to the Covid-19 pandemic to keep everyone safe, and I continue to recommend them very highly.

What a fantastic experience! I was a long time patient and then moved away for almost 5 years. I have now moved back to the area and I couldn’t wait to get back to Arnold Smiles. They are the most polite and professional group around. Dr. Mariscal has put together a wonderful team and I will continue to use them for all my families dental needs.

I called to make an appointment, told me they could get me in the next day but when they asked what I was needing done, they got me in as soon as i got off work (problem was that i woke up with my right side of my mouth swollen and infected due to my wisdom teeth, not the first time it's happened.) When i went in they check me in and called me back ASAP they did the X-Ray of my teeth, and when i went to my room the doctor came back almost immediately, She looked at my mouth and X-Rays and proscribed me antibiotics and gave me referral to have them taken out. I was in and out within no more than 15 minute! Staff was super nice also. Would recommend to anyone!

Today was my first visit, they squeezed me right in for a tooth that broke. And fixed it today. The office is so nice, clean and actually relaxing. I've never left the dentist feeling good. I will most certainly be making this my permanent dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Fasanella!

Dr.Erin and the whole Arnold Smiles crew are the best in St.Louis! Her staff is always professional, detailed and caring. Their office is clean, modern and welcoming. I noticed extra air purifiers throughout which shows their care and concern for everyone’s health during the Covid19 outbreak. I wouldn’t take these chompers anywhere else!
