Wow. So how many of us have things that jump in the way. I am not looking for the pity part or the excuse train. I love this place but really. I am on a new job. Drine 52 miles to get to my appointment. The receptionist is rude. I am 11minutes late. Yes 11 minutes. And i have to reschedule. Oh! And its a month. Guess what. Welcome to the real world. I am normally ahead of time and have waited at that facility for 15 minutes to be seen. Somehow their time is more important than mine. Disappointed.

I'm honestly so sad that I waited to come in. Chrissy was my hygienist and she was AMAZING. I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years and they were absolutely incredible. I took a risk when I saw their billboard and was interested in the free whitening. I'm coming here forever!!!!!! They have TVS ON THE CEILI G. Enough said! I got to watch HGTV while getting my teeth cleaned. I loved the whole thing!!!!!

I don't make a habit out of writing reviews... Honestly, I hate going to the dentist. There is nothing fun about it. But today was a complete waste of my time. After having a root canal I come back to Arnold Smiles to have the crown done only to find out that the root canal has caused me to be max out on my dental benefits and the crown is going to cost over $1,000. The thing I'm most upset about is when I setup the appointment why didn't someone discuss my benefits with me? I walked in there thinking it would be like a normal cavity or cleaning not this crazy amount of $$ just disappointed that someone in the office didn't do the leg work. I do feel that is part of there job!! With that being said I was all like you can take this bib back - I can't afford that! And ran out! I went home and was upset for about a day and 1/2 when I received a call from the doctor herself on her day off nonetheless! She explained everything to me and offered a solution to the insurance issue. It was like a 20 minute conversation! She was really concerned about me and getting that tooth fix so that I didn't ruin the work that I had previously done. I really appreciated her call and time she took out of her own busy schedule to make sure my well being was taken care of. Arnold Smiles is out of my network, so I pay more out of pocket to see them - but I believe this doctor is worth it! Thank you Dr. M =)
