The staff here are wonderful, as is the doctor. I needed an extraction as quickly as possible and they were able to get me in the next day. I had to wait a bit, but I was a last minute appointment, and I could see that they were trying to get patients through as quickly as possible while still providing excellent care. Apparently my body wasn't taking to the anesthetics incredibly well, so they made sure to give me some more and make sure I was very numb before doing the extraction. Which I appreciate so very much! Next visit will be for my two year old. I was told there are two ladies in the office who work especially well with children. Can't wait to meet them!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the experiences I’ve had here is a well deserved one. The only positive things I have to say is the front desk receptionists are professional and sweet and most of the dental hygienists. My problem with this place is I have gotten fillings done here 2-3 times and within a few months they fall out. When they are doing the fillings it feels like the dentist rushed the work to get out faster. Why have extended hours if you’re going to rush? It is painful and annoying that I have to keep asking off work to get these fillings refilled. On top of that I mentioned that my jaw hurts and I feared I was grinding my teeth in my sleep. The dentist gave no comment or recommendation about it. I gave this place enough chances and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very happy with the care my children received here. The staff and doctor were extremely knowledgeable, caring and friendly. They answered all questions I had thoroughly. I am very glad we chose to switch to this dentist and we are looking forward to future visits.

I went to this dentist to have several teeth removed and new dentures put in. I could not be any happier. From the front office to the dental assistant Bree to Dr. Mandefro. The whole process was completed in less than 5 weeks. I highly recommend this dentist and his entire staff.

They are are wonderful group of people! Professional yet very caring and thoughtful. Made sure I was comfortable the entire vist! I feel like they went above and beyond what they had to , to ensure that I was happy with the ending result. I'm more then happy I was very sad to loose my teeth but they did a great job saving what they could ! I would recommend this place to everyone!!# my moms in the dental field n I trust them as much as I trust.. My three year old has speech delay. I tell you what I didnt even have to mention this the nurse and doctor were so good. I was so proud of my son, and so happy that they were excellent with my child. Not only was my son seen so was I. They got us in so unbelievably fast for our first check up. Not only that but they booked me to fix 17 cavities (I know yikes) in less then two weeks from my fist appointment. Super satisfied to find an efficient staff!!!

Walking into the office, the receptionist was polite and courteous, and chairs in the waiting room were comfortable. The wait was not long, and after being called, the staff got right down to business. A charming dental assistant Victoria took my xrays, took moldings and answered my questions until the dentist, Dr. Mandefro came in. The doctor was engaging, articulate and able to explain my options in both technical terms and layman's as well. I reccomend their office to anyone, their staff both respectful and accommodating to your lifestyle and schedule.

Dr. Shawn and his staff are fabulous! After seeing him myself and having extensive work done, he has become our new family dentist. I have always had a serious fear of the dentist, but the staff at Meramec Family made me feel comfortable and relaxed. No judgment was passed over my dental issues, just compassion. Even the kiddos like going to the dentist now.
...Plus you get to binge on Netflix while maintaining your pearly whites. Does it seriously get any better than that?

Staff is wonderful and nice. So is the doctor, he was awesome at explaining what I need to get done and what are my best options. Admira did a great job at cleaning my teeth. I have super sensitive gums but she made sure to make it as comfortable as possible for me.
