If I could give them no stars I would. Very unprofessional. They opened a credit card when I told them I did not want to on my account. The dentist talked down to me and was rude. He said” let me know if you have too much pain”. When he was drilling I could feel everything. I made out a noise from the pain he asked if I could feel still I told him yes.
He said a smart comment non professional basically implying he could only take so much of the pain away and couldn’t work miracles to his assistant while working on my mouth. I was highly offended and even mentioned it to the assistant at a later time. She made no excuses for the dentist, but didn’t do anything about the situation.

When I asked questions about the new processes of making caps etc. He said that’s why I went to school. There is no reason why I shouldn’t be able to just ask questions out of curiosity.
He suggested thousands of dollars of work which I understood because my teeth are not the best they could be. I set up the first appointment and came in and they said oh that dentist isn’t working today, but this other one is available. This dentist disagreed with the first dentist and didn’t think all of the work was necessary. He said it is much like getting your car fixed at a garage. 😳 Everyone thinks something different. The heck it is this is part of my body!! After that meeting with the other dentist my mouth hurt for 2 weeks after from the procedures. He was much nicer then the younger dentist I will say that. After receiving the credit card in the mail that I never wanted I was just done. I called the place three different times and they kept saying they would call me back to talk about the credit card. I never got a call.
So I do not suggest this dentist establishment at all. My one of my worst experiences in all of my 36 yeas of life and I have only had two bad experiences with dentists.
I literally cringe when I hear the name of the establishment. I spent over $2,000 in two visits. I felt like they were just looking for more stuff to charge me for. Nothing like being upset about an experience you had and still having to make monthly payments. 😡

Kaitlin is the best hygienist here! She was very gentle and thorough. She also provided me with tips and sample products to make cleaning braces easier!

This place is a joke!!!!! All there about is the money.... it was going to cost me more with my insurance than just paying out of pocket and my insurance pays 50%.....lol STAY AWAY!!!!! Is my advice

Courtney was my dental hygienist, the whole team was very professional, polite, and efficient at their jobs. I was in an out for my first visit in about an hour. Great service!

They are all helpful and professional. They make the experience as relaxed as possible. And Marissa is super sweet and kind. She does a great job!!!!

I started going here 4 years ago when my daughter was 1 and I was so impressed with the pediatric dentist and staff. My husband and I had strange but sort of funny experiences and thought the dentists were ok and most of all this place had convenient hours. Here we are a few years later, I was traumatized by my filling experience (i screamed in pain and the dentist ignored me to keep flirting with his assistant then walked away before I was off the gas to express anything), my husband had a fitting replaced that has now caused him constant pain and when he was billed incorrectly they sent it directly to collections instead of calling him AND my daughter who is 5 expressed she was going to throw up the last time, the hygienist roughly stuck a toothbrush in her mouth and sure enough she threw up... its just all bad. We will now be going to Valley Park Dental. 1 word: RUN

Exceptional ! Exceeded all expectations. Completely satisfied with my experience. If anyone would like to know how to interact with management, subordinates, coworkers and customers, take the time to stop by and check this place out. They really make it feel like family. I have only been there once, for a check up and evaluation. I had xrays, was evaluated by a dental hygienist, examined by the dentist who set up a plan for future care, then met with a financial consultant. Every step of this process was handled by caring professionals. After all this was done, and on the same day, they replaced a crown that I had received from a less than satisfactory dentist. Wonderful job. If you're looking for a great place to go for your dental care, look no more, you've found it !



I had a standard gum surgery done yesterday. I woke up this am with 2 huge lumps under my tongue and my stitches seperated. You can feel a hole it's pretty deep and my teeth hurt at the roots. I am a little concerned that they used a liquid stitch instead of a normal suture. I would not recommend going here if they can't even perform what they say is a standard procedure surgery.

The doctors are professionals who work quickly and with little pain. They use newer techniques and technology. Their staff including Marissa have always treated me amazing.

We are so pleased with our new dentist office!!! From the moment you walk in the door it is a great experience. The front desk ladies are so friendly and so willing to talk and work with you. The dental assistants are always so nice and do a great job to help calm you down, they make you feel like a friend. The hygienist knows what she is doing, and helps ease your stress also, Trisha was such a kind person and so nice to talk to. Dr B is just phenomenal. He is a busy guy, but when he is with you, he makes it about you. He seems like a buddy, so it helps put you at ease. He is very funny, relatable, and great dentist. If you are thinking of going here, I highly suggest it!!!!!!
