Dental assistant, Marissa, was very pleasant! Best polish with no grit left in my mouth. She's super friendly and I enjoyed meeting her.

All they want is your money. My daughter had a severe toothache. They told her it was her wisdom teeth....that never even came in. Refused her antibiotics and pain meds. They claimed they can not just pull one...it has to be all 4 wisdom teeth for $2000 with her dental insurance. I immediately sent her to Aspen Dental in Arnold and BAM....problem solved.

Love this place! My daughter just got braces here. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Laurie did a great job working with my daughter and Jessie was great helping me understand the financial part.
Dr. Mooney is funny and nice, without making things uncomfortable. Totally recommend!

Kaitlin was great! Very professional, and gentle. Took time to listen to concerns and addressed them immediately. The best Dentist staff I’ve been to in a long time!

Absolutely aweful at billing. Constantly overcharge when you have dental insurance. Today we got a collection notice for something we haven't even been billed for. Never going here again. Not letting my family go here either.

I had to have a root canal not fun, but Kati my assistant made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Davis explained everything to me and made me feel very relaxed. The office staff was very friendly made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this office.

Both my husband and I went to Water Tower Dental group for regular cleaning and used the same insurance. They did X-ray on both of us and said both need deep cleaning to prevent gum loss. We both said yes to the procedure. Even we both had to pay out of pocket a lot for the procedure, the insurance paid partly for mine and nothing for my husband with a claim that the documentation which the doctor provided did not justify the treatment. Why treated a patient without knowing clearly if they needed or not. Now they sent a debt collector with amount of almost $600 which in total would cost us almost $1000 to do deep cleaning. Did a research online, it costs way less than $500 even without insurance. It is ridiculous on how they handle the situation. My husband did not need a deep cleaning , the doctor was not wise enough to differentiate or just simply lured us to have a treatment and charged us legs and arms. Don't go there unless you know how to read the X-ray because they will rip you off.

For general dentistry they are good. For partial partials or full dentures, find another dentist. Had a lower partial made. It would come loose and become a choking hazard. Called them back, made a 2nd appointment to come back in. They made a 2nd partial plate that did the same thing. Called them back a 3rd time and asked for a refund. Was told I would need to speak with the office manager. Left my name and number and was told she would call be back in a few minutes. Waited 5 hours and called them back again. Was told the office manager had been given my name and number and would call me back in a few days. They explained she had just cane back from maternity leave. Gave them a week and called back again and she happened to answer the phone. She stated I would have to come back in and have a 3rd lower partial made. I stated that wasn't the option I wanted to pursue. They have denied my refund of over $1100.00 dollars. I was told their guarantee would make my teeth right or refund my money when I signed the contract.

I love this office! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially the assistant Marissa, she always welcomes you with her friendly smile and bubbly personality.

Recently switched dental offices and I’m glad I did. Dr.B, Kati and the rest of the staff were awesome and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The teeth I had worked on are pain free and look great!
