Water Tower Dental Group and Orthodontics

My name is J. Robinson and am a patient at this facility. I want to compliment "Savannah" in the office for helping me yesterday over the phone in obtaining some information I needed in order to schedule a tooth extraction at Southwest Oral Surgery! Thank you "Savannah" for your time and efforts as you were exceptional in your customer service!

Don’t waste your time going to this “dental office” I used to think they were great before covid, but it seems like now they are just desperate to collect more money from insurances and people!! They literally wanted to do a deep cleaning on my teeth and my son’s just because! Had to go there sit for 30 min just to wait for the doctor to see me for 5 min and tell me I needed to come back to see the hygienist! And if you decide to go there, make sure you don’t schedule your appointment with doctor Baattaglia, he just doesn’t care!! Terrible experience and I’m definitely not coming back! We have a very good insurance and maybe that’s the way for them to take more money from us.

I had a terrible experience today with our four-year-old there me and my wife went, our daughter had to get x-rays done. Was told only one parent was allowed back due to covid restrictions. Which automatically put our daughter in a panic. Not family friendly. Clearly a money grab here no more care for kids. You see a kid starting to cry and the push it off.

Everyone was so pleasant. This was my first cleaning in 9 years. Yikes! But they took great care of me. Marissa did my cleaning. She was so sweet and considerate. She stopped periodically to check my comfort level. Explained everything in detail. She mentioned that she is relatively new, but if she hadn't, I would have never known. Thanks Water Tower Dental team. My family will definitely be using you in the future!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and I can't say this enough. The front desk ladies were welcoming and friendly! The hygienist Trisha walked me through every step of the deep cleaning I recieved. She was gentle and reassuring. Best dental hygenist I have ever been to. The assistant Katie is absolutely wonderful, she made x-rays a breeze, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. B was very kind and friendly. 10/10 Highly recommend! This is the place to go for dental treatment.

I have received so many services from here. Kaitlin has been with me for 99% of them. Kaitlin is so wonderful, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a sweetheart. I have not experienced ANY pain anytime either. Kaitlin tells you everything to expect and I want her to know how much I appreciate her!!! I also appreciate the entire practice. If you hate going to the dentist, definitely come to Water Tower Dental because they will change your dental experience to the better!!!

Water Tower Dental is a large corporation & can’t possibly over see their employees. I have tried to call the corporate office & they have area managers that oversee states/locations that they don’t live in nor visit. I’ve spoke to J & so unprofessional she was, on many levels. I will NOT go back unless a new manager is brought in. Jamie felt as if I was her friend & wanted to hear about her office drama that she creates. How she speaks with such hate about coworkers, including some of the doctors like they are enemies. Very awkward as a patient to hear such things. She even said luck was one her side when the old manager was leaving because she got the position & didn’t have the skill set but semi trained. Jamie kept mentioning being a manger at Victoria Secret like I was really interested in hearing how she wasn’t geared for a dental office & trying to wing it. Awkward conversation & was so stressed when I left the office. The front people, dental assistants & doctor were so good & polite! The accusations/comments she was saying about them wasn’t believable. But so frustrating as a patient to hear her complaints with negative/hateful remarks/opinions & not being able to either to speak to CORPORATE or tell the sweet workers about what she truly felt. Jamie is due & hopefully not returning.

Courtney was super nice and pleasant during my visit. Dr.Alan was so nice and helpful when explaining my dental plan. It definitely made me feel comfortable! I was please to see them taking extra precautions due to covid.

As always, WTD got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Perfect service. Kaitlyn was gentle with her cleaning and flossing, which I always appreciate. Highly recommend this team for anyone who values their time and care.
