Another trip to the dreaded dentist completed. As is the usual I was greeted very warmly shortly after getting in the door by Miss Julie. Hadn't much more than set down and Miss Bobbie came to get me. After taking the X-Rays she did an outstanding job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Got a quick check over by Mr. Dentist and out to the receptionist Miss Julie again. She is as normal -- Picking on me and of course I pick right back. I have been to several dental practices in all my years, but I feel this one is at the TOP of the list for -Friendly people and outstanding service. And Miss Julie -- in answer to your quiet question -- most days are rough, but some days are even worse, but Thank You for asking and understanding!

From setting up the appointment, reminders through the appointment itself, this is the best dental experience I've had in my lifetime. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hygienist is friendly and thorough, talked through what was happening and actually talks with you and you don't feel like you're being rushed through an assembly line. The procedures were smooth and I was able to relax. The other dental assistant who did the polishing and flossing was equally adept and wonderful. The doctor spent time talking about my dental health in a way that was encouraging and caring. I never felt rushed and I felt that the whole office cared about how their patients are treated and are valued. I cannot recommend this office for any family any higher! Well done and I actually look forward to my next appointment! Thank you Battlefield Modern Dentistry :)

Place was really clean and front desk ladies were friendly, very helpful and kind. Very short wait to see Dr. Bowen and he was very nice, helpful and explained in very good detail what needed to be done! I give the whole visit and A+ and 10 points out of 10 for the whole visit and would very highly recommend this dentist and his crew for any dentistry work and I have been going to dentists since I was in high school many,many years ago.

8/3/22 - Another visit today. The staff is growing at BMD and the new additions are a tremendous asset. Dr. Bowen employs good people, and they all work together to provide excellent care!!!
