Highly recommend! Very professional and helpful. If you don’t have dental insurance they have a great program that can help out with cost. Got a crown last year and have had no problems with it. Had a cleaning and x rays today.

Great and timely service. Friendly staff. The dentist himself was very nice and gave me all of my options and explained them Thoroughly. They dental hygienist was very good and make sure that if she found any spots that were painful she was extra careful around that. Overall it was a great experience and I am hoping to use them as my dentist full-time all the time.

The staff is amazing, from the receptionist (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) to Julie, Stephanie and Dr. Bowan. Everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. The last dentist I saw in Springfield made me feel ashamed and insignificant. I walked into Dr. Bowan's office expecting to have all my teeth pulled for dentures. I was extremely surprised to find Dr. Bowan had a much plan for me! Everyone listened to my concerns and had answers that made it easy for me to make a decision regarding my treatment. I am so excited to start my new regiment and save my teeth and get my smile back! I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and kindness! I will refer you to my friends and family!

Both my husband and I have had great experiences with cleanings, a root canal, and fillings. The office is super friendly and we haven't felt pressured to do anything not necessary. They always get us in quick even to just check a tooth. Definitely the best dentist experience we've both had in the Springfield area.
