I went here twice. Cleaning the first time and some enamel fillings the second. Was to have 2 crowns. At the first 2 visits I left and paid for the remainder of what my insurance was when I was leaving. The day before my first crown I was rudely called by a receptionist. The receptionist wanted me to move my appointment several hours to the morning when I specifically told them I could only do late afternoon. I compromised with 2 pm. Then she asked for prepayment. I said I have insurance. She said copay. I said I don't have copay. I reminded her that Arrangements had already been made that I would pay what the insurance does not pay on my way out after the crown. She said no pay before. I said I will pay with a card on my way out after the procedure. She said no over the phone now or bring in cash before they close. I told them I have never been asked this ever by a medical office. 😠 She was very rude. Needless to say I didn't go there ever again and will get my crowns elsewhere.

Overall it was a great experience that felt more akin to visiting a friend or family member than an extraction.
The procedure itself was done and over with in just a few minutes, much faster than other places I've been to. And the pain? None! Dr. Straus' experienced
hands quickly and deftly removed the effected tooth with no trouble at all despite the crowding.
The assistant, Claire, also displayed a remarkable knowledge and enthusiasm toward the procedure. Approaching the ordeal with a high standard of professionalism and energy, eager to learn and practice in her field (best of luck in your classes!).
CG Dental Care offers great service for a very affordable price and I've already booked my next appointment for a routine exam. There's absolutely no reason to feel nervous or anxious about a visit to CG Dental Care. =)

I give this place 5 + stars. I woke up yesterday morning with an abcesses tooth. I called here around 830 this morning, they called me back and said “can you be here by 930 to do paperwork?” From the office staff to the nursing assistant to the dentist and back to the office staff again, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists. But was very comfortable here. Will be back in a couple of weeks for an extraction. And this will be my permanent dentist moving forward.

This was our initial visit to the office for me and my kids. Friendly staff, very good cleanings, and explained things to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the experience.

The staff and Dr Kailin are friendly couteous and excellent at their jobs. Always aware of any discomfort you might have and will stop the procedure to get you comfortable. The office is bright and clean.

Dr. Kaelin has always been exceptional to alleviate my dental fears. Today I was extremely disappointed. I was called back approximately an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Kaelin spent maybe 2 mins in the room to discuss what needed done and then his front office staff came back to go over the charges for the service and I will have to seek dental care elsewhere at this time. In the past he has done what he could to help offset some of the costs, but at this time Dr. Kaelin has simply become too expensive. If he would lower his rates he would get 5 stars.
