The Cape location was the best! They were slammed busy but I was still in at my time. The dentist still took her time with me and did not rush the job. Both extractions I had there have been in and out and the whole staff was super nice! All very sweet!

The lack of compassion and customer service provided by the office staff are solely responsible for this rating.
Over the past 2 weeks I have left 3 voicemail, requesting copies of X-rays for a second opinion, with no reply. Last week I was told the phones were down and the staff where calls were being transferred were unable to help (didn’t even offer to pass message along or request a call back). Today I finally spoke to someone in the Cape practice and was told it will take 7-10 days to email X-ray due to it being corporate. Very disappointing since the dentist I saw was very professional and compassionate. Leaves me a little less than confident about proceeding with dental work there.

My visit with Aspen Dental was amazing! From start to finish the staff members were very nice. Kayce worked on my teeth and she was so thorough, informative, and gentle. I appreciate them taking the time to get me in, I really needed the help and the service was amazing. Thank you Aspen Dental in Cape G, MO.

If you value your time, don't come here. My fiancee confirmed her appointment via the text she received and showed up early only to be told her appointment was canceled because she didn't confirm her appointment over the phone. Why didn't they call her if they wanted verbal confirmation? Why did they text her? She took off work and wasted her time driving there only to be told they gave her apoitment to someone else. While she was there, other people were turned away too. They double book here at the cost of the customers time. This place has awful customer service and does not deserve to be in business. Can't speak on the dentist here, but this was a poor way to treat your customer.

Would just like to commend Kayce on the most amazing cleaning of my teeth! Hadn't had a cleaning in about 3 years and she did an excellent job. Was actually skeptical of coming here, but the experience was far better than anticipated! Thanks Kayce 😊

Upon entering I was greeted nicely by the lady at front desk, who then told me my insurance wasn't excepted I said ok asked how much a visit was , she then told me that because it was my 1st visit EVERYTHING would be FREE including XRAYS (there's even a sign that says it) after my visit about a week later I get a bill for $159.00 from them for XRAYS. That is just ridiculous lying to people

I received a text message to confirm my dentist appointment and responded with a "C", and received a text back saying my appointment was confirmed. I showed up for my appointment, signed-in and waited 15 minutes before called up to the desk and informed since I did not verbally confirm my appointment, I did not have an appointment and would have to reschedule. I showed the receptionist the text message with the appointment confirmation, and it did not mention anything about a verbal confirmation, just that my appointment had been confirmed. The receptionist said it needed to be verbal and rescheduled my appointment a month away. Next, I spoke to the manager to see if the text messages could be removed for future patrons as it was misleading, the manager said no, the messages were automatic. She offered to reschedule my appointment for 2 days away and offered to let me wait the rest of the day in case there was an opening. I cancelled my appointment altogether to support a better run business.

The dentist did a great job. Very happy with my crown. On both visits she was overly busy and short staffed. Seemed a bit stressed.
