Had my first visit today and it went great! The dental assistant that took care of me was kind, funny, and made me feel so comfortable. I could tell Dr. Strauss truly cares about his patients, and the whole staff embodies that. I'm super excited about getting my dental work done here! It's a blessing that my previous dentist did not take my new insurance, and I found Cape Girardeau Dental Care.

March 10, 2022 ... had my 2nd appointment with these folks yesterday.
The office is well structured and the associates are all friendly and helpful.
Dr Strauss along with Kara Barrett took care of my issue and it went flawlessly.
The one and only issue I have at this time with this outfit .. is an issue I've struggled with for some time and I can only hope the people that handle this side of their business reads this and FIXES IT ! ! ! It is the accounting department or firm they use to create PAPER invoices/statements to receive payments.
I continue to receive PAPER invoices/statements in the mail that are incorrect ! ! !
I have complained to the office and told them to forward my complaint to those that are responsible and get it FIXED ! ! !
It wastes my time to walk to the mailbox to get a piece of paper that means absolutely nothing .. and then .. hafta call the office to question it ???
The other thing that needs an enhancement is being able to receive & review invoices/statements on your web site/my account .. and make a payment if I need to.

From the reception to the assistant to Dr. Straus, it was a fantastic visit. Everyone was friendly and professional and remembered us from one visit months ago. They were patient and understanding in dealing with my sister in an effort to find quality and affordable dentures. The staff was kind, friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to see me the same day for my dental emergency. Dr. Strausstalked me through my entire procedure and kept me calm through the process. He had excellent bedside manner. I have already scheduled return appointments for myself and my family. I have had terrible dental experiences and this one by far was the absolute best. 5 stars all the way around.
