I think it was a little pricey but considering the overall experience my family had there I would pay a little extra for the excellent service. My husband and I hadn't been to a dentist in a while and our two kids had never been either. The dentist and dental assistants were AMAZING with kids and they let them play and just be kids. We really enjoyed our visit to the dentist and it seems a little bit like a spa atmosphere too it was nice. My kids are happy with the toys and t shirt they got for being cavity free ;) The assistants were so funny with them... It was just FUN. And my husband and I were excited about getting the molds for our teeth and the whitening stuff. It's a nice waiting room too I loved the kids room and the murals on the walls in there. The people that work there are kind and make you feel good, and I appreciate that in a business. Worth the money like I said. I highly recommend them especially if you have children...they are amazing :)

As a child I always had a fear of going to the dentist, now as an adult I started to have some teeth that were bother me so I called Cherry Hill to schedule an appointment. They were willing to get me in immediately since I was in pain & took care of the problem asap. I have been back a few times to continue treatment I know my mouth needs & I will continue to do so until the work is finished & I can just start seeing them for routine check ups. They have been very accommodating & great to work with. My fear of the dentist is gone. I've said to my wife frequently how much better Cherry Hill has made my mouth feel & I wouldn't change that! Thanks for everything Dr. Tony & Dr. Mary.

Cherry Hill Dental treats its patients as family. For a regular but concerned dental patient like me, nothing could be more essential than a welcoming and encouraging staff. The office's assistants are accommodating, compassionate, and completely at ease. No stress, calming music, plenty of space. If you're dreading a visit to the dentist after a long absence, forget it. CHD will hold your hand from start to finish. In my own experience, dentist visits seemed to take all day. I would come in early and be released once my sentence was served. Not here. I l left my first appointment in half the time I expected. Half. The dentists are casual, personable, and work in perfect concert with the assistants. No time is wasted, every moment is supervised, every question answered.
A visit to the dental office is no longer a chore; it's a pleasure.

The lobby is much more impressive than the staff as they have extremely poor comunication skills internally causing confusion while their primary focus is upsaleing. A nice place to go get a cleaning and check up I'd imagine. Not a place to get extensive work done or a place of substance in an emergency; their responce is a fabricated lie and Im to intelligent to use profanities, while i decribed their incompetence when leaving their office still in pain after receiving an incorrect estimate. she claims the appointment was for a cleaning even in her responce, when I have open nerves explosed. I chose to have extractions rather than expensive root canals. how that gets turned into a cleaning blows my mind.. guess its all about the money.

As a young adult on a budget I made a mistake going here. The amount that they charge was completely out of my budget. I have decent insurance and when I received my bill for my first visit, I decided that I could not continue to go here. Furthermore they recommended procedures that my old dentist (who I went to afterwards) then said were not necessary. I did feel like they were trying to get money out of me. Since writing this review, they have contacted me about it which I feel is really inappropriate for a business to do.

I went here one time and loved it! Until I got my bill.

I'll make this long story short. They told my husband he had periodontal disease and would need a deep cleansing, which would cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. They refused to do the regular cleaning at the time saying it would be pointless, and they would not give him his free teeth whitening kit as advertised. We got two second opinions on his gums, and both dentists said his gums are fine.

I also had an appointment just before my husband, though mine was in the Jefferson City office. Both of our appointments were supposed to be covered 100% by our insurance. Throughout my appointment they kept doing things that I had never had done at a dentist office before, and I recall asking several times whether it was all included in that free cleaning. Of course every time they told me it was, but then we got the bill for both of our appointments and we both got charged for a set of xrays that were NOT covered by our insurance. We disputed this with them, and their response was that it's our responsibility to know what our insurance covers. Ha, no normally when you provide your insurance info up front, and then are constantly told that things are covered 100%, the patient should be able to trust that the dental office knows what they're talking about. Well I'm sure they know what they are talking about, it's just that they were lying to my face.

Yes, these people appear to be super friendly and make your visit very comfortable. I found out the hard way that everything was a lie. These people are crooks and they know it. I should have known it too when I was dealing with their person in charge of billing - she sounded way too used to dealing with upset customers. She was quick to threaten to sue me and report me to the credit bureaus, she yelled at me on the phone, and even hung up on me. It was absolutely unbelievable.
