Cherry Hill Dental

They did a crown on 10/3 on a tooth that was hurting or bothering me. It's been 5 days and my jaw has not stopped hurting. The dentist was extremely ruff. My face is swollen slightly and hurts a lot. The tooth with the crown also hurts. I gave them $900+ to have a terrible week and I am still having terrible pain.

I haven’t been to a Dentist in over 10 years and it was a little intimidating at first but I am very thankful I chose Cherry Hill. Everyone there was kind, patient and at all times kept me informed on what was going on and answered any questions and concerns I had. For anyone who is intimidated by going to the dentist I would strongly recommend going to Cherry Hill and you will be happy you did.

New to town, tried to establish care and they "require" the Main insured SSN to verify insurance. My Insurance identified this is not true and they can us my Member Number they said they can't and it will just be all out of pocket then... They also said I need to pay a $100 deposit to schedule, what is this RENT A DENTIST? I'd assume I get better service by some of the review and the look of the office, maybe it's just a money grab to pay for the ""fancy"" .....Of the two, maybe three girls I spoke with on the phone the 1st was nice and the others were not so friendly/inviting *REDFLAGS......left and right, I'm going somewhere else.

My crown fell out on a Friday and I went to a Saturday dentist and had a really terrible experience. I decided to get a second opinion and chose Cherry Hill and they got me in on Tuesday. I explained my situation and was greeted so warmly and given awesome treatment for a reasonable price. I even explained that I would have to wait until payday to pay my bill and that was no problem. Everyone was so kind and understanding and genuinely just wanted me to leave satisfied with my smile that day. Dental care is such a touchy subject for so many people, and these folks really went the extra mile to make me comfortable, and made sure I left satisfied.

I was in excruciating pain and needed a root canal. No one could get me in for another two weeks. Cherry hill was able to get me in on an emergency appointment and was able to do my root canal that same day. I can't say thank you enough to Cherry Hill Dental. The staff was wonderful and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be throughout the whole process. I will be establishing care here from now on.

I am new in the area and still in search for health providers. I hadn’t clean my teeth for over a year but do a good job in daily cleaning:)
The Cherry Hill Dental caught my eye, I called to make an appointment for cleaning, they asked for my insurance, I have Medicare Advantage PPO with United Health Care, they have some dental coverage but Cherry Hill did not accept my insurance and declined the appointment request unless it was “ self pay”, I agreed to pay and made the appointment. The office was very impressive…. the best looking dental office I have ever been. The checking in process was very prompt and professional. Once I got in the exam room there was the 3 or 4 different sitting of pics., xrays and scans( keep in mind I was there for a simple cleaning which I paid $288), then the higenyst came in, the initial conversation was about having a deep cleaning, I expressed my opposition to that idea and repeated that I am interested in regular cleaning, at this point the higenyst said “ that’s fine but after 2 regular cleaning we can’t help you anymore “…… in my mind I was saying “ excuse me! I give you my hard earned dollars and you dictate to me how to take care of my health?”
However, Doctor Adam was great, I would’ve loved to have become one of his patients!!

My family and I have been going for years. Dr. Mary and Tony are great and so are all the other dentists, assistants, hygienists, and staff and my teeth are in great shape thanks to them.

I went in for the first time this week and everyone was amazing. All the staff from the reception, dental assistant, the doctor to the financial advisor were incredibly nice. They gave me several payment options so I could find the one that was a good fit for me. I am confident I will get the care I need. You can tell they really care about you and want you to have a good experience.

Cherry Hill is one of the few remaining offices that practice hospitality and great care. Went in for my Invisalign and from the very start of the process I felt comfortable and cared for! Jared was so helpful from the beginning to the end of the appointment. Ashtyn walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable and well educated. She made me feel confident in this process especially since I live in the West Coast. Clint was so great and walked me through everything he was doing making sure I chose the best options to get the best results! A fun, welcoming and inclusive environment indeed!

I had to schedule quite a few appts to visit dental office. While I live ne Columbia Cherry Hill Dental located south Columbia so I had to drive quite a few miles to dental office. But I am totally pleased with end result! Finally after many years I have snap-in dentures both upper and lower dental plates and I absolutely love end result! Thank you Cherry Hill Dental!
