I checked reviews before booking an appointment for my husband’s painful tooth issues - since everyone seems to love this place I thought it would be a great fit, especially with their smile saver program. They got him worked into the schedule right away, another plus! The only problem is they didn’t let us know how much they were going to charge to put on a crown and pull a tooth until they’d already taken “X-rays” (aren’t they pretty much just digital pictures these days?) and done a very preliminary examination to determine what would need to be done.
Let’s just say you’d better have dental insurance if you need to have anything other than a basic cleaning done. Even with the “discount” on additional services our bill was going to be around $3500!
Because they had already taken X-rays we were told we were not eligible for any kind of refund on the $300 we had paid for smile savers. Yes, they have nice offices and friendly staff, but you’re definitely paying for it out of pocket!
We found a dentist much closer to home for a fraction of the price with service that’s just as good. I just wish I’d know to ask about prices first, my fault. Lesson learned. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

I went back to CHD for a bone density test prior to getting my four implants secured to my denture. Boy, I've gone from not liking dentists to looking forward to my visits -- REALLY!!! Everyone from the wonderful front desk people to the kind and professional dentists are SO NICE and make their patients comfortable and relaxed. I can't say enough nice things about Cherry Hill Dental. TOP NOTCH. Harold Hull

Our family has been coming to Cherry Hill Dental for many years and always appreciate their hospitality, professionalism and wonderful care.

My feelings are mixed. I’ve had both very good and very bad experiences with Cherry Hill Dental. In short, I feel they are a little overpriced and have some issues being transparent about billing. I was also cut pretty bad during a filling. But they have great customer service and always did their best to right their wrongs when they occurred.

This place saved me. I was having an emergency type of issue with one of my front teeth! the filling came off and there was a huge gap where the filling was and I was really upset. They took me in right away after I explaned to them what was going on. They eased my concern and showed me what the Dentist before had done wrong. They explained the new procedure and fixed it quickly. It looked BETTER than it did the first time and I am so happy with the results. They really care about not only the health of your mouth but making sure you have a beautiful smile and that it feels comfortable too. I had a small issue with my insurance because my previous dentist who put on the filling that came out already had submitted it to insurance. Cherry Hill Dental and their team worked SO HARD to resolve that issue and eventually they did. Please don't hesitate to go to this office if you need anything done at all. So happy with my experience.

Surgery went well however now I have to suffer in severe pain. I called because my original medicine norco is not working for my pain. The bottle says to take every 6 hours but I’m taking 2 every 2 hours for the pain. The bottle also says risk of addition/overdose. So what does cherry hill dental do? Prescribe me more Norco so I can take more to overdose/get addicted and ibuprofen that I can buy over the counter. Cherry hill dental is the biggest joke of 2020. Save your money and time.

So since I complained about cherry hill dental this spiteful place called and canceled my prescription but emailed me asking me to come into their office so they can give me a shot in my mouth.... the choice is yours people it’s clear this place has no professionalism in their employees or the owner(s). Smh. Sad day for cherry hill dental to cancel a prescription after dental surgery. The review must’ve really gotten under your skin. Sheesh.

I took my three year old son to cherry hill dental for his first dental exam. He loved it! At first he was scared because he didn't know what to expect. They were so gentle and kind to him and made him (and me) feel completely comfortable. He loved Dr. Mary and Dr. Tony and he can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was never a patient of Cherry Hill but I did attend many appointments with a friend who was in treatment. I really enjoyed how friendly all the staff members were, everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Cherry Hill Dentals both locations in Jefferson City and Columbia. I have never been treated with such kindness or respect, Always ready to answer my questions, as well as explaining the payment options to me. I have told everyone that I know how pleased I am with their service. I will continue to use Cherry Hill Dental.

I usually don't write reviews but my experience here at Cherry Hill Dental has been nothing but amazing and deserves 5 stars in every aspect! The staff and service is wonderful and they have a beautiful office! As a college student they also have helped me tremendously with my financing to get the services I needed. I strongly recommend Cherry Hill Dental to anyone looking for a dentist office in the area, they are GREAT!!
