I've mixed feelings as I've been going here for a few years. Now back when it was a private practice it was amazing. The staff were exceptional, Dr was friendly and knowledgeable. Only place I've felt comfortable being at a dentist office. However, once they sold out and became Platinum Family Dental it's been a headache. I had for several months had to go back and forth over fake bills they said I owed, the new staff is horrible as they have pushed out alot of the old staff who left or retired, and on top of it with Covid you don't get the care you use to. Now I know they are doing the best they can with the covid situation, the new staff can't be helped and since Dr. Is getting up there it takes away the stress of managing it himself. However while it may have made sense for him, I just don't like the way things are now adays. I'm pretty sure my last visit will be just that. Sad to see but these things happen.

Finally found a dentist and dental office I really like! Dr. Logan Mallicoat is great, along with the rest of the staff. I've had a cleaning, extractions, and fillings. Each procedure has been a breeze. I have always had major anxiety surrounding dental work and I am finding it much easier to go now. I truly appreciate how kind everyone is and I (almost 😅) look forward to my next visit. Thanks Dr. Logan!

My crown failed catastrophically in the grocery store of all places! The dental office worked me in. Little nervous because I had never seen the new guy, Dr. Logan, but he and his assistant are the reasons behind the 5 stars! I was
made to feel comfortable, the work was done painlessly. I was informed of the reasonable cost up front. Dr. Logan and the staff were attentive to my wellbeing and were very professional. All in all an excellent experience.
