Love this Office Dr Rowland And Kirsten the hygienist were amaizing. I loved the service they provided. Great service. My cleaning was so gentle i always bleed And feel that i will jump out of the chair And Kirsten did such a great job that i had no anxiety after all. A++++++++

Recently went in to have my teeth cleaned. I've been going every 3 months to have my teeth cleaned to help combat periodontal disease. I had been getting better every visit and was continuing to do what they asked of me at home (flossing regularly, using a water pik, brushing, etc.) I had no issues with anything and had seen improvement and was generally happy. Unfortunately the dental hygienist I had worked with in the past and was no longer there when I came in (she was phenomenal and I didn't appreciate how good she was til now) and I had to been seen by a new person. No biggie. For whatever reason they had a new person come in and polish/floss me prior to my cleaning which I thought was odd, but I rolled with it. This person barely polished my teeth, but what really got me was how awful the flossing was. I floss often and rarely make myself bleed. This person was so rough that it was impossible to sit still and when she was done I was bleeding from multiple areas that I had never had issue with. She left quickly and the hygienist came in. I explained what happened to her and she was very apologetic and went to see the dentist (Kyle Boyce) on my behalf. Unfortunately that guy had zero time to come visit or explain why things had gone that way (which is common from what I hear and read on reviews). After rechecking my teeth they noted I was bleeding from several locations (my previous charts had shown no to very little bleeding). I expressed my disappointment again but the dentist never came back, and after the cleaning no one tried to make it right. I would say if you are looking for a place that will try and take care of you and not damage you in the process, choose somehere else. We are currently looking to find our previous hygienist and hope to move to her place of employment. 2 stars for the fact that the new hygienist did actually care about how things went. Too bad the rest of staff/dentist didn't.

I have gone here for a couple years after being refered by a friend. I was a little dentist shy after having poor work done elsewhere and now needed a new dentist to fix the bad work. Dr. Boyce and his staff took great care of me. I had two root canals and crowns done and it was painless and easy. One of my root canals failed as it can happen and Dr. Boyce had no problem crediting me back all I paid to get the work I needed done. He has done work on me, my best friend, and my boyfriend. Root canals, crowns, and pullings..... none of which have had any issue but my one that failed... I would recommend this dentist to anyone as they have done great work, held to their guns of taking care of me, and have always been so nice!

I have never had a better experience at the dentist. Before summit modern dental, I always hated the dentist and avoided going as much as possible. But the team at Summit Modern Dental was so welcoming, kind, non-judgmental, and even fun that not only did I get through my root canal I actually enjoyed the overall experience... not that I'm volunteering to have another one done for fun though. I would recomend them to anyone and they have found a long term patient in me.

My husband came here for his upper dentures and they haven't fit right from the beginning, they did the lab reline 8 months early and pretty much acted like he was the problem when trying to address the problem. I called up there and tried to explain my concerns and Tessa said I was being rude to her in which I was not. Then Dr Boyce wanted to come in a yell at my husband and I. This staff is very snobby and very unprofessional. He does not specialize in dentures and cannot even look at you when he is talking to you. I feel that if you are going to Yank all of someone teeth out of their mouth you should be a little more sincere then what this place has been. I will never ever go back here and I really hope that whoever reads this will move on from this place they really do suck!

Dr. Boyce is the best dentist i've ever been to. he doesn't talk condescendingly to his patients, he is super helpful and informative, and answered every question i asked (and some i hadn't yet asked) .

he let me watch their CNC machine cut my crown, and i was in and out of there in about an hour. i'm very glad i switched to this dentist's office.

I believe that insurance fraud was committed. I had bone graphs done in 2019 and paid in full out of pocket. The next month I received an insurance invoice showing they paid 1100.00 hundred. I called and the office manager was rude and told me to read my email. Be careful on signing the little black pad. You don't know what your signing off on. Won't be back ever.

I went in for my first appointment . My dentist i have used for the past 15 years isnt in my insurance plan. They tried to sell me deep cleaning, replacing crown, "signs of early periodontal disease. When i stated i would like to just have a routine cleaning i was REFUSED service and walked out. The worst place ever. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM.
I will be reporting them. Very unprofessional. Im a registered nurse and this is very disappointing dental health provider.

I broke a tooth and they squeezed me in the next day! I don’t have dental insurance and they were very aware of being sure I got the maximum care without costing me an arm and a leg, you don’t get that very often these days. I don’t mind dentist offices but even I noticed how inviting and genuine the staff are. Top notch customer service with top notch care!

I had a few fillings and a root canal done here with Dr. Rowland. Each procedure was stressful and maddening. For my root canal, it was about a 3 and a half hour appointment. I'm pretty certain that I was given over the recommended dosage of novocaine because I was experiencing intense headaches and was nauseous. She would begin working and I would still feel pain. This went on for a very long time. Shot after shot after shot. She told me that this was a normal thing. I honestly should have walked up, demanded my money back and left. I have never had such a frustrating time at the dentist in my life. I am still feeling pain around the root canal area when I floss. My wife and I will not be returning to this place. I must say that the hygienist, assistants, and front office people were all really pleasant people. Dr. Rowland was also kind but I wish she would have at least ask the other dentist there for help.
