I despise the dentist as I'm sure the majority of people do, however after finding this office, I am a bit more at ease. No more xanex needed to go to see the dentist. The office staff are great and I get in and out fairly quickly compared to other dentists I've seen in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Guerschon de Laurent and his staff.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. De Laurent’s dental office for years. I confess that I initially chose this dental office because of convenience as it is under a mile from my home. However, I have never felt more welcomed by a group of dental office staff and professionals as I have at Dr. De Laurent’s office. I seldom, if ever, write reviews so consider the level of satisfaction I have to do so. 😀

I'm editing my review as the office manager called me and cleared everything up. He was very kind and understanding. (Unlike the fill in front desk lady)

Other than that lady, everything was great. I look forward to my appointment in January for the rest of my cleaning and I would even feel OK referring others to this office. (Once the usual front desk lady is back in anyway) ;-)

The best dental services I've experienced. The staff is polite, friendly & informative. They scheduled me in quick for a cleaning and made time the same day for an extraction.

Decided to take advantage of a Groupon, and get my teeth cleaned. It was a very kept office with a good decor. The hygienists and the doctor were very nice and got me in and out in no time. The massage chair was nice. Overall had a wonderful experience, and would recommend to anyone.

We can't thank this practice enough for what they have done for my husband already. The staff is the best around. They are all compassionate, caring and honest. My family will all be going here for our future dental needs. Thank you all so very much!

I generally don't like the dentist, but I LOVE this office. I don't mind getting my teeth cleaned, or any other procedures now that I've found this team. The staff is wonderful to work with, they provide great service and amenities. I would totally recommend it.

Would not recommend. Of the five or six times I went here (gave several chances), I actually saw Dr. DeLaurent maybe twice? The rest of the times he gave full privileges to his assistant who never even consulted him. One time I came in with a crown that was a little loose. Without even consulting him, she yanked it out (I had paid $900 for it only a year earlier) and told me I needed to go to an orthodontic surgeon and have a bridge put in. Didn't even consider trying to save it. Another time she started working on me doing something that definitely should have required anesthesia and was very painful and when I requested it, she said she was too far into the procedure, she would just have to finish. Never told me what she was going to do first. Never went back. I have never seen an assistant have so much privilege as at this place. Be careful.

!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!!

Went to this dentist a few years back just for regular dental cleaning and was told that I have a few cavities which needs to be fixed. There was no pain at that point and I had no idea I had any cavities. Being naive, I agreed - I should have gotten a second opinion now that I think of it. Guerschon messed up the procedure and put me on Hydrocodone painkillers. I was in extreme pain for almost a month and was on Hydrocodone but I am glad I never got addicted to these opioid/painkillers. When I went back and complained, he made up some BS excuse. I ended up going to a specialist and getting a root canal on that tooth - All because I agreed to get my so called cavities filled up at this hack of a dentist.

Dr. Guerschon operates a truly first-class dental office. (My teeth/smile) and I have benefited from his extraordinary talents, professionalism and humanity. His staff is outstanding. I could not recommend him more highly.
