Dr. Shrivastava has no idea how to work with patients that have dental anxiety. He doesn't explain anything. He treated me like I was stupid for not understanding complex dental procedures. I felt as if his only concern was money. While he had me in the chair, he laid me back and gave me the topical numbing gel, and then started telling me that I needed to pay more if I wanted crowns for the teeth he planned on doing root canals on.
Luckily, my blood pressure was too high (due to my dental anxiety) and they couldn't do any work on me that day. I'm thankful that I got to leave without him touching any of my teeth. Atleast I got a refund.
Dr. Shrivastava is the reason that O'fallon Modern Dentistry lost a patient that was about to drop 20k+ on all the dental work needed.

Wait time ~ 40 mins to get into dental chair for scheduled appointment. They don't value their patients' time.

Super friendly staff answered all of my questions prior to my work done. Dr Findlay was very nice and actually talked to me before we started and it made me feel like he actually cared about me. 5 stars all the way around! Great people

I had a last minute emergency appointment day of for a toothache and the office let me come in right away! Dr. Shrivastava stayed late to help treat me and made me feel so much better within minutes. The dental assistant, Vanessa was so amazing! She was so careful with the xrays knowing I was hurting and did her best to help me out and make me feel better! I will 10/10 reccomend this dental office to anyone! Thank you O'fallon Modern Dentistry!!

About a year ago I decided it was time to get my teeth worked on, this was long over due... I gave these guys a call and from day one it has been nothing short of spectacular. Everyone in this office is just so kind and very understanding. I had the best experience on Saturday and for that i am so very grateful for that. You guys gave me my smile back! Got root canal done today morning and it was my third root canal overall....To be honest this was a real painless experience compared to the earlier ones done although I had local anesthesia. Dr.Shrivastava made sure that I wasn't nervous and explained me clearly wt is overall process and gave a clear picture.
