I have had nothing but issues with this company. First visit was for my husband to get fitted for dentures. They seemed polite and professional at that point and time. However they had my insurance incorrect, it took a month and a lot of leg work on my end to get it corrected, but it did get resolved. Then when he went into get his teeth pulled and his dentures placed in, they refused to give services unless I paid $500 for a special healing pack they claimed wasn’t covered by insurance and had previously told me was not required however encouraged. I went ahead and paid it and after reviewing my insurance claim statement, it was covered however not at 100% and should have cost me $306 not $500 I was charged.
I went back to have fillings done for my children and was told they would not fill their teeth unless I paid $850 for the fillings. My insurance covers fillings at 100%. i asked them to review the insurance and correct it again and they stated the type of filling they are giving is not covered by my insurance. They they only offer tooth colored fillings and my insurance only covers metal. I once again called my insurance company who confirmed that the filling should in fact be covered at 100%.
I have switched dentist and filed a formal complaint with the dental board.
Oh and to top it all off, my husbands dentures don’t even come close to fitting his mouth. They claimed they could adjust them but they basically sanded down a part that was causing abrasions in his mouth but this doesn’t fix the fact that they are about an inch and a half to wide for his mouth.
All in all this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dental or any other medical provider in my life. If you are considering this office for your dental needs, I highly discourage it.
Update on the response to this. Prior to writing this review I had contacted that number. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, then was hung up on. Called back and was told there was nothing they could do as thier information reflects what they billed. They won’t reach out to insurance again and once again asked me to do more leg work, that I don’t have the time or energy to keep doing.

Hygienist and dentist were really friendly and upbeat. My appointment started on time and completed quickly, so I had time to get on with my day.
