Worst dental experience I've ever had. They routinely prescribe work that is not needed and charge more than what they have agreed with insurance providers. Profits over patients is the game here. Very dishonest dental provider. This place should be shut down.

This has to be the worst of the worst. You call in and talk to a call center in California and they have NO IDEA as to what's going on in O'Fallon. The front office staff is rude and run by a pack of liars. They tell you whatever it takes to make you go away. RUN, don't walk away from this SHODDY organization.

This is the best dental care in Saint Charles County!! From cleanings, fillings, root canals, and tooth implants this office does it ALL. And they do it ALL exceptionally well! I’ve had each of the listed procedures done here and I’m so thankful for their exceptional care. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The dental staff is kind and patient. Dr. King is the only dentist I trust, he has a calming presence and does exceptional dental work. He listens to my concerns. He checks in with me personally via text after big procedures to ensure I’m doing ok. I honestly can’t say enough good about O’Fallon Modern Dentistry.

I used to go to this place for 5 years. now they make you pay $100 deposit to make an appointment most of the staff are nice but they will make you wait endlessly for you to see them and will put you on hold multiple times. I missed an appointment and had to reschedule and they charged me $100 even after they told me they would use the $100 deposit for my next visit's deposit. When trying to reschedule the next appointment with them they then asked for half of the payment upfront! Thats absurd! Me and my family will never use this dentist again. They used to be a good dentist but now all they want is money and my time. I would not suggest using them as they don't know what is going on most of the time

I waited six months to write this review. I was a client here for 18 months and a total of three visits, all regular cleanings. They managed to fit me as I was changing employment and about to lose insurance. Thanks for that! That's worth a shiny gold star! In addition to that the first two visits were fine and dandy so add another gold star to that tally! By the third visit you usually start to get to know the staff at the places you frequent but it seemed as though the staff was always changing. Never the same hygienist and it seemed even the front desk personnel were different. High turnover seemed to be an issue here. It may have something to do with the large disagreeable lady in the back who is constantly squawking at the employees. Yep, people in the waiting room can hear everything you say lady, and you say ALOT! Nobody there seems too happy. Anywho, I got called in the back and after about 3 minutes polish and a few more minutes of prodding I am told I have periodontal disease, will now have to go to the dentist 4 times per year and will have to pay $XXXX.xx out of pocket. This seemed odd as I have never really had any issues with my teeth or gums. Two small cavities are all I have ever had. I inquired about the rest of the cleaning for that appointment and was told that would be taken care of on my next visit and have a nice day. Any other questions were brushed off and I was rushed out the door. Including the wait I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. That's great for pizza but this is the dentist. How can anyone do a proper teeth cleaning in less than 5 minutes? I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out I do have minor periodontal disease and could use a could deep cleaning. They were telling the truth, but because it felt like a scam I waited 6 months and went with a different dentist. That dentist ended up being much cheaper as well but it was never about the money. I should have read reviews first. Guessing this place is corporate owned patient mill so use at your own risk. If your still reading this you must REALLY care about your choice of dentist.

The front office staff is rude, unprofessional, and pushy. It’s unfortunate because the actual dentists and hygienists are wonderful. I referred another family who has concerns with the front office staff as well and once we discussed my most recent experience, both our families are leaving this practice.

Kelsey was such a huge help with all the computer problems I had. The office was all very professional and helpful.

Went to see Dr King for a 2nd opinion & now my family will be switching all of our dental cares to his office. I needed 2 root canals as soon as possible. I had a consultation and 2 PAINLESS root canals all in the same week. Plus, this office makes their out crowns so I didn't have to have temporary crowns & go back to get permanent crowns put on. Dr King made sure that I was very comfortable during the entirety of my procedures. Very pleased at all 3 visits, Dr King, his clerical & clinical staff were fantastic!!
