O'Fallon Modern Dentistry

As this being my first time here, I wasn't expecting much. I try to go into every new doctors office with an open mind, mostly because I've had good experiences with doctors who some people have horrible ones, and horrible experiences with doctors that others have had a good one.

I was actually incredibly surprised at this dentist office. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Bridget went above and beyond to help me when my current budget didn't allow for much leeway. Vanessa was friendly and to the point, she let me know everything she was doing because I have some issues with being touched, she was also patient and understand about my pain. Dr. King was incredibly nice and informative, also patience with me when it came to my issues. He fixed the problem in several hours, but I didn't mind having to wait, I knew what needed to be done and they informed me ahead of time it might take awhile.

Overall I had an amazing experience with this office and fully intend to see them regularly for any issues I have and regular cleanings.

Again, everyone was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for helping me. No longer being in pain is so refreshing. As well as being able to eat solid foods again.

The staff here is amazing fast, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend them to all of the people reading this review!! Will work with your financial situation.

I went to another "Dental Office" for an emergency appointment which was a big big mistake with no resolution. Then a friend told me about O'Fallon Modern Dentistry. I called on a Saturday and was set-up for an emergency appointment that following Monday. I have a fear of going to the Dentist anyways but O'Fallon Modern Dentistry made me feel at ease. Everyone there was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. The Dr found the issue right away and something I wasn't told at that "other" place that was actually causing my problem (this I was not expecting.) I had the issue taken care of on Feb. 23th and it went better than what I thought. I am thankful I called and will continue going to them. This office was clean, Professional and very helpful when it came to payments and cost. No surprises. Keep up the great work! 😀

Dr Ani and Erika Mudd have both been fantastic to me. Before seeing them earlier this year I was super nervous about getting dental work done after many years of neglecting it, and I feel that Dr Ani did a great job of helping me see how serious I needed to be with my dental care, in a super kind way without making me feel bad, which was one of my biggest worries.

I go about 45 minutes out of my way for my daughter and I to see them if that tells you anything. 100% recommend.

I was happy with this office at first, but at my last appointment, they told me I had periodontal disease and that I needed a perio cleaning and they wouldn't even do a regular cleaning. Also, very aggressive with the pocket measuring, so you bleed a lot so you believe what they say. This came right after my husband had an appointment and they told him the same thing! Since I didn't have $1400 to spend on 2 perio cleanings (one for each of us), I decided to get a second opinion. Guess what? No periodontal disease. Yes, I have deep pockets, but no bacteria, no disease. And you know what else? The new office was able to take my pocket measurements without making me bleed! So, I have switched.

First off I had an emergency appointment for 2 wisdom teeth were breaking apart.
They booked me in the next weekend to get all 4 removed. I was absolutely terrified but went in for the appointment the staff was amazing and kept me calm. My oral surgeon did an amazing job I am actually in almost no pain even without pain meds
Highly recommend this whole office everyone takes care if you like family! This will be the last office I go to no other dentist I’ve been to has been this great.

I am giving them 1 ⭐️ for my initial visit. That’s the visit where I was asked by them to do them a solid and start off working with one orthodontist and finish up with a second one since they apparently cannot keep an orthodontist on staff. I showed up today for an appointment that I thought was 11am. Apparently I was mistaken, because the lady at the desk formed me it was at 10:30 and she would see if he could still see me. She returned and said he could not and wanted to reschedule me for March 24, I told them that was unacceptable and I’d find somewhere else because I’d been waiting a long time for this appointment. You would think they’d be a bit compassionate about having to drive in this weather to be there in the first place, but to fill my spot and turn me away without even a reminder call or message prior is ridiculous. I guess I should’ve seen the red flag when the original orthodontist said he was a “fill in” and not permanent there. Will not go back to this place.

Pretty horrible experiences here. Would rather not have to give a one-star review however between them never answering their phone, poor attitudes from front desk staff, unanswered billing questions for months since they are unable to submit a claim to an insurance company properly, and don't even think about being able to talk to their team about it- my true regret is that I can't give them a zero star. Save yourself the trouble or learn the hard way.

I had a great first experience at O’Fallon Modern Dentistry. Dr. Gulley and Abigail were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They are both very personable. I was very nervous😬. They both were very professional and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would recommend this dentistry. I actually convinced my sister to switch from her old office to them just by telling her about my first visit.
