I have had outstanding visits and every time It makes my anxiety a little more less knowing that I'm in good hands. I love how the wait time is not long at all. I am 100% confident that they are going to help give me my smile back.

As always, I had a great experience at my dental appointment. They were able to get me in for a cleaning within a reasonable amount of time, Jan is knowledgeable and thorough. I drive 2 hours to for my dental care and it is well worth it. Dr. Son and the entire team are kind, professional, and respectful.

So glad I found this dentist after moving to the lake!! Great staff, never have to wait long, and very high tech! The way you are treated makes you feel like you are the only patient in the building. They take the time to explain each process and procedure so that you are very at ease. Highly recommended!!!

Made room in their already busy schedule to fit me in just before the holiday weekend. Staff courteous, listened to my concerns and informative regarding diagnosis and options. Service was efficient, fast. Will definitely recommend to others.

Dr Son is so kind and professional. He takes the time for questions and explains what he’s going to do and never acts “hurried” even though it is a very busy office.
However, Whitney, the account person is rude and argumentative. Thankfully the office manager is kind and professional and smooths over her uncouthness.
The dental assistant is “sassy” and know-it-all — irritating. Though she is experienced I was nearly choked during a filling due to inadequate suctioning. I was “showered” during the procedure due to her improper method of using the water wand. Between the shower and the feeling of drowning it was a very unpleasant experience despite the good care from Dr Son.
The office is rudimentary with no sink in the exam room and ceiling tiles missing in the bathroom — where you have to go to swish and spit.
Dr Son deserves better staff and accommodations.

Wasn’t really sure about this place as I am new to the lake. They were awesome. Dr Son was friendly, knowledgeable and truthful about the problems he did NOT find! The dental assistant was wonderfully helpful and also very friendly. I also can’t say enough about the hygienist! I have definitely found my dentist for the lake!!!
