Been going there for several years and they have been very helpful. They really care about their patients. The appointment reminders are awesome and I don't have to sit in waiting room long. Very friendly with all clients. Looking forward to next appointment and meeting Dr. Stone. Thank you for all you do to take special care of us. Jan is awesome.

I did not keep my appointment because there was a $5, out of pocket fee for Covid. This is a ridiculous service charge. The employees were very rude when explaining that all costs have gone up because of Covid. Whitney was especially rude when I asked about another charge on my account. She told me that I was responsible for knowing what my insurance covers. As a result, my husband and I have changed dentist. I would never recommend Access Dental to anyone!

We have had several cancellations, changing of appointments by the office, and even an appointment where I showed up after taking off work and was told they couldn’t see me and would have to move the appointment. Those frustrations aside we really like everyone at the office and the care we’ve received.

This was my first time at Access Dental and I was very impressed! Everyone that worked there, was extremely nice and professional. The procedure was done quickly and the after care instructions were given very clearly.
I will definitely be going back and recommend it to others!

I meant to post this 6 months ago and I guess I didn't? My mistake. I just went back again today and had another perfect experience with Jan cleaning my teeth; she is so skilled. Anyway, the following is my review from the first time I came here:
I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, and I've been dreading it. I called the dentist I went to as a kid (since I haven't left my hometown), and they wouldn't see me for 2 months. Access Dental & Dentures was able to see me within a few days. Doctor Son and his assistant, Adi (I hope I'm spelling that right) listened to me, explained anything I asked, and I was in and out very quickly (no long waiting in the waiting room or in the chair -- everything was instant, and I wasn't even an emergency). My experience was so comfortable, I made sure I end up with the same team every visit.

The staff is always super nice, I've had my wisdom teeth removed here and didn't even have to be put under. The dentist knows what he is doing and always does a good job. The receptionists work with you and are very good at explaining things to you and get you answers to your questions instead of blowing you off. I have never had a problem with making an appointment because they usually have an opening available and are flexible with their schedule. Best dentist office I have ever been to!
