Went to Access Dental today because I had a broken tooth, every member of the crew their from the dentist, dental assistant, front desk lady and the billing lady, every worker their was so nice and friendly, they were able to save my tooth. Absolutely positive atmosphere, so glad I went there

It exceeded my expectations. I just signed up for a Medicare Advantage plan, and Access was one of a couple dental practices in the region included in the PPO. My expectations were very low - it's a multi-city "chain" in a Class B facility even in this market. What I found was a decent set up, with state of the art equipment. Very well organized place. Jan is my hygienist and she was the best. Informative and good communicator. She's a real pro. I mentioned a concern I have that was referred to the dentist from my physician. The dentist and hygienist, together, went to great lengths to find if there was anything "dental" about the issue. I would recommend this team to others.

I have been a patient for awhile now after seeing how well they did with my daughter. I am traumatized by a childhood dentist and have to take a sedative or I’ll hyperventilate. They deal with me really well. The other day I went in about a small brown spot on my front tooth. It wasn’t a cavity, so they polished it off and sent me on my way and didn’t charge me!!! I was only there for 21 minutes. I felt like I won the lottery. Wonderful place, highly recommend it.

The people are all wonderful and the doc was amazing she pulled 9 teeth under local anesthetic and the pain was less than I have ever had. Even the numbing shots were virtually painless! Three cheers for compassionate and great doctors! !!!!

The facility is very clean, it has state of the art technology. The technician Jan was superb. The best cleaning and polish and comprehensive exam I've ever had. Jan did a thorough job of informing me of the procedure at hand. l will be looking forward to visiting this Dentistry office again.
