Got the best dentist ever!! Along with the best dental assistant ever! I was terrified to get teeth pulled due to a past dental visit with a poorly maintained office at another location. But my guy was chill. We got it done. I have restored hope

They were on time, professional and the dentist was great. He explained the procedure and kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental care.

I've had my full upper/bottom partial since 2018. The bottom started to wear thin and broke in two. I went for repair and inquired about warranty and was told that's for teeth only/5 years, so I paid $135 for repair, 2 different times.
Then, I had a upper tooth chip and another break. Went for Replacement and was told teeth warranty was for 1 year only. I suggest keep all paperwork for coverage and question the quality of teeth/product!

The clinic has done some outstanding adjustments in the last year plus, since Dr Sun arrived. And, Jan, the dental hygienist, is outstanding. So pleased she is my hygienist!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone there went above and beyond to explain everything. Hygienist was very gentle when cleaning my sensitive teeth.

I went in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. They have a sign in the patient rooms stating they have a $5.00 covid health screening charge. I thought well, the sign must be old because I was not screened for covid. Nobody asked me if I was sick, nobody took my temperature, and nobody was wearing masks. After meeting with the dentist I was asked to pay $5.00. I asked for what, as my insurance covers 100% of the visit. They said covid. I said I wasn’t screened for covid. Then at that point they changed it to being a charge for gloves and masks. I said you didn’t wear gloves and masks before covid? She then got irritated with me and said she could waive it this time only. I explained I was never going to pay it, as it’s a bogus fee. She said Corporate policy (standard bogus fee answer). I realize $5.00 is nothing, but if your going to tell me that dentist offices all the sudden decided to become sterile because of covid, I’m glad I didn’t visit before. Dentist offices should have ALWAYS been sterile. My issue is with businesses taking advantage of covid to push up their revenue. Taking a National pandemic, where people died, and using it for your own financial benefit disgusts me. I don’t care if it’s $5.00 or $500 it’s wrong. Made me immediately question their ethics. Left the office and made an appointment elsewhere.

My last visits I don't have an accurate diagnosis... every time they do something... I have to go back to have it fixed because it doesn't look good...

I have extremely high anxiety about dental work. A lifetime of not being taught dental hygiene meant I was late to the self care game and I have cavities to show for it. I cracked a tooth and they not only got me in weeks before my previous dentist who I was already a patient at, but Dr. Son and his assistant were extremely careful and reassuring the entire time.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They were calm and patient and genuine caring people while also doing quality dental work. I was extremely impressed!

I had been in terrible pain for days and needed a root canal done. I had called over 20 places and Access Dental in Osage was able to help me! They were friendly and professional. They were informative and made sure I was good every step of the way. Although I live 2 hours away, I will return for the quality service.
