Worst Dental Office at the Lake!
They can't seem to keep employees. They either don't have a hygienist when I try to get a cleaning or there is a new one there. I mad an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half before being seen the assistant told me it was because the "manager" double books and they were short handed. The dentist was really nice but was rushed from room to room. Asside from the fact that gogle won't let you rate zero stars the Dentist is the only reason they get 1 Star.
Needless to say I won't be back.

Having 8 crowns done. The staff is polite, efficient, well edcuated and caters to their patients. The doctor is kind and always seems to put his patients first! Upbeat environment and they always have great music playing yo keep your mind off of the work you are having done!

Not good at all. My dentures never fit and I paid up front for my service but they kept trying to charge me more. Not a good experience at all!!!

I waited in the dentist chair for over an hour and a half before the hygienist made it to me. I made a comment to the tech about "gosh it seems busy today" and she said "it's like this everyday." It was another 30 minutes before I saw the doctor who spent maybe 2 minutes in my mouth before coming to the conclusion I needed 2 fillings and 1 "total reconstruction". All of this work estimated to cost upwards of $300! Terrible experience; I went elsewhere and ended up only needing a portion of the work done. I do not recommend this office.

Access Dental did a wonderful job with my children! Took all 4 girls rangeing in age from 5 to 14 in on the same day! Kara was amazing and very knowledgeable including knowing how to handle my daughters chain that is connected from a tooth in her lower gums to her braces. Great job Access Dental!!! Thank you! For once my children were not afraid... all of the employees were very friendly!!
