Access Dental, Dentures & Implants

My visit was very nice! Staff was very frienly| doctor was brief and straight to the point I'm thinking about changing dentis to do the rest of my dental work here.

Went in with a cracked tooth, had x-rays to show that it was indeed a cracked tooth. Told the dentist (Elizabeth Allen) that I was having pain in the clearly cracked tooth. She proceeded to jab sharp instruments between my teeth, press super cold q-tips against my teeth, and ask, "Which hurts worse?" and "Tell me how long it takes to stop hurting." Then declared, "I can't tell where your pain is coming from!"

Then, while I'm in so much pain I'm practically sobbing I asked her to /at least/ tell me why she's doing what she's doing and give me a warning before she does it, she became condescending and rude.

I wasn't ever afraid of dentists before, and now I am.

The rest of the staff are great though, never had a problem with anyone else but Dr. Allen.

Everyone knows their job and are friendly. I have never gone to a dental office as well managed as this one.
The staff are the best. They're really nice. I'm always so nervous when I get there. They keep talking to you like you're their friend. It makes you feel better.

Took forever to get my dentures and they didn't fit. Had them relined twice and still don't fit right. Have to glue them and Everytime I eat they come loose and have to either reglue or take them out. After wearing them for 3 or 4 hours they hurt my gums to were I have to take them out.

Please note that the dentist who regularly works here was out of town for my appointment. The owner was filling in for him. The dentist looked in my mouth for probably a total of 15 seconds and then concluded that I had 8 cavities. He stated, "some may just be staining but we should go ahead and take care of them." This was my first appointment with this place and the whole experience was off putting. The hygienist was great. But The entire time she was cleaning my teeth I could hear the dentist in the other room telling stories to his staff, and the way he was swearing was just really unprofessional. It's a dental clinic, not a bar.

I went and got a second opinion because I take really good care of my teeth, and the dentist here never even bothered to show me where these 'cavities and staining' were. And what does that even mean? Either it's a cavity or it isn't... The other dental clinic found 1 cavity. ONE. That's a big difference from 8.... I'm upset that a doctor would mislead his patients like that for a bigger payday. Extremely unethical.

Again, this was not the dentist who regularly works at this location, but the OWNER. I still feel like that says a lot about how this clinic operates.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have had the best experience yet. I can honestly say I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. Even though they change dentist every year they are all wonderful people that truly care about you. My family is very pleased to have them as our local dentist. P.S. I moved 40 mins away and still remained a patient of theirs.

I had never been here until I was told by family memeber they have great dentist along with staff memebers very helpful and their for your needs and concerns. Always smiling and made me feel very comfortable about the services I needed and received the 2 times I went. Just past couple months in Oct and Nov 2019. I will always go here to have any dental work done! Thanks the whole staff team. Amazing ladies working in the office:)

Worst experience of my life. Dentures never fit and now I don’t enjoy eating. Got 2 sets, after we threatened to sue. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

I can't put into words the experience I have getting my smile back. Life altering!!!
