Access Dental, Dentures & Implants

I had a great appointment today. I found out that I will be able to get my dentures within about a month and it will be covered completely by my insurance. I can finally smile in pictures again.

We were told with our insurance we would have to pay a 50$ deductible then we could make out a payment plan. We get their and they tell us 400$ up front or we can apply for a credit card and pay that way. Very deceptive practice and they couldn't understand when we told them absolutely not. That is not what we were told and not what our paper work they gave us first said and they wouldn't honor that, their payment plan is to use a credit card.

They were very professional and did what I needed them to do in a timely manner. I had them to fix my bottom dentures so they would fit better and they do and I’m trilled. Thank you Access Dentures

I've been going to Access Dental in Rolla, MO for 4 years; all the staff are very friendly and they make sure I'm comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was very disappointed in the quality of service and complete lack of care I received today. Upon walking into the office in extreme pain, I was met with an unsmiling, uncaring, receptionist. After asking what could be done, she informed me "they were scheduling for the end of April." I, feeling like maybe I had been misunderstood about my level of pain, said, "I feel this is an emergency...is that the first appointment??" She SHRUGGED and said, "Do you want the appointment?" !!! REALLY?? I was VERY dissatisfied in the lack of professionalism, sympathy, and general customer service that was provided. The fact that I am a patient already had no impact whatsoever.

I am very disappointed with this business. I have had my dentures since Oct of 2016 and my dentures are absolutely so loose I am spending so much money in denture glue alone. And I'm being told I have to pay to have another recliner put in when its suppose to be permanent. If this is a permanent liner then why am I have to go back for the 2 or 3rd time to have another liner put in? Pretty dentures but poor quality of their permanent re-liner. I believe this place does this on their liners so after a while people will have to keep coming back and spending more money to have their liners redone and I think it is ridiculous for this to happen. It's not being done correctly. If it were being done correctly people would not have to keep returning. Especially for people that dont make alot of money we are just getting nickeled and dimed to death. I know someone right now that has had his dentures for well over 15 years and he has never had to glue his dentures in and he can eat an apple with his! And he went to a place in Camdenton and had his dentures made and has never had to go back. I wish these businesses would stand more behind their work and if something isnt right then they make it right with their patients. That's what a good business should do!!!! I believe I'm going to be making a phone call on this place of business because of how these people treat their patients as well as other issues

Have visited both Springfield and Mtn Grove offices. Have to say Rolla's dentist, staff and hygienist were phenomenal and professional!! They really took time to discuss with me my concerns, questions, etc. I did not feel like I was just another number and move me along. Kudos to the Rolla office!!!!
